The store for the Shifen Sky Lantern experience is very easy to spot. The service offered is beyond my expectation and provides excellent value for money. It was a great experience, especially when traveling alone, as the owner of the store offers a complimentary photoshoot and video shoot. A very nice experience indeed.

We had a very special and meaningful experience here 💍😚! The staff were all professional and friendly, helping us check and confirm each step to ensure we were doing it correctly and offering advice. There was no pressure, and we had plenty of time to create our pieces! Highly recommended!

I loved this pottery class! The tutors were lovely, helpful and patient. I really can't wait to see my item when the firing and glazing has been completed. Would definitely recommend this experience.

The process was smoothly arranged. * Clear and Easy-to-Understand Instruction: Although the instruction was primarily video-based, the explanations were very clear, allowing even beginners to quickly get started. * Diverse Fragrance Selection: The site offered a very rich selection of fragrances, catering to different preferences. 💡 Suggestions and Feedback (Areas for Improvement) 1. On-site Flow and Layout * Equipment and Waiting Mechanism: The store currently has 4 fragrance stations, each accommodating 2 people (or groups). If there are many people or late arrivals, customers have to wait for others to finish. We suggest the store plan for a smoother on-site flow or provide information about waiting lists to make the waiting process more comfortable. 2. Olfactory Experience Aid * Suggest providing coffee beans: Olfactory fatigue can easily occur during fragrance testing. Although staff suggested smelling the inside of the wrist to alleviate this, actively providing coffee beans for customers to smell would be more substantially helpful in restoring olfactory sensitivity. 3. Perceived Differences Between 10ml Plan and 30ml Upgrade * Packaging and Customization Details: * The 10ml plan purchased through the platform only provides a drawstring bag for the finished product, with no outer paper box. * The sticker on the bottle cannot be customized (requires self-handwriting). These refined services are only available with the 30ml upgrade plan. * Suggestion for the store: We understand that different price points have cost considerations, but if the packaging quality for the 10ml could be slightly improved (e.g., by providing a simple, generic small paper box, or more exquisitely printed handwritten stickers), it would give customers attending the experience class a greater sense of ceremony and commemorative value when they go home!

Please do this with your partner! you will not regret it. Our class was hosted by the owner Vic & his partner Lucas. Both of them were VERY sweet and kind. I was worried that the language barrier and me not speaking mandarin might make things difficult, but they were very accommodating & understood a ton of English! even if you don’t speak Chinese, I highly recommend trying this class. initially my partner was very worried about doing everything on her own, but Lucas was incredibly helpful and hands on with helping us if we were ever doing something wrong. The instructions were clear, and the ring making itself felt easy and fun. I was able to make a full sterling silver ring along with my partner that we’ll cherish forever. Such a fun experience that lets you leave the 2 hour workshop with a ring. The instructor is very patient and helps you through the process. The final steps are completed by the instructor since it deals with firing the silver clay and adjusting the size/polishing. Overall, a fun and creative experience.

Experience: Today I participated in a bubble tea and soup dumpling candle making workshop, and the overall experience was fantastic! The instructor was very friendly, which made me feel very relaxed, and the teaching method was simple and easy to understand, making it easy for beginners to follow along. What was special was that I took the class with four French people, which made the whole experience even more fun and diverse. However, the instructor was very clear in letting me control my own pace, without having to follow the other students or having to wait for them, which I found very flexible ❤️. The instructor's English is fluent, and she was able to clearly explain each step, allowing us to enjoy the pleasure of communication (listening) while learning. This course not only taught me the process of making soft wax and melting wax, but also allowed me to briefly meet friends from different countries, which was truly a special experience. I highly recommend this course, whether you want to learn a new skill or find an interesting activity, this is a great place!
