Mr. Ken was such a great guide! He was kind, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made our Yangmingshan & Beitou day trip so enjoyable and memorable.

this was my first ever tour and it was the best among all other 3 I had! Guide Zoe was so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. we had 2 vans, and we were lucky to have her sit with us despite other van being a newer one😄. yangmingshan grassland was such a highlight! some of us did manage to climb to the peak and be back within the time frame, so didn’t feel like we missed out much. afterwards, the ecological pond walk was a very nice walk too! lunch was a good time to get to know people, and walk around the neighbourhood was cute. after that, public hot spring, flower clock, museum were less interesting to us but Zoe engaged us well. the walk around sulfur valley and Beitou hot spring was good. she gave us recommendations fr food and things to do. small group tours are always best. thank u Zoe!

The place were nice and astounding. The car was ao comfortable and the ride was so smooth. The driver, Jackson, was nice too. Unfortunately, we came to the grassland that's full of fog. Therefore, we have another reason to come back to Taiwan, to take photo with clear and nice view of Grassland. It was a nice day tour. We all had fun!

Benson Lo was a very friendly and informative driver that got us to each location safely and swiftly. He even gave us his recommendations at each stop. Loved how the destinations were packaged together, which otherwise would’ve been difficult to get to on your own. Highly recommend!

Awesome trip! Our tour guide, Jenny, was so lively and energetic. Also, our group was composed of diverse nationalities, which made it wonderful. Lastly, the weather was really good, allowing us to visit all the places on the itinerary. Highly recommended!

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

We came last year and bought a package deal, and this year we came for my boyfriend's birthday to enjoy dinner and a hot spring. Last year's package included 10 dishes, while this year's had 8. The menu changed a bit from last year, but it was still delicious and very filling! I highly recommend the hot spring + meal package; it's a great value!

We had an amazing tour of Yangmingshan National Park and the National Palace Museum. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and very enjoyable.
A big thank you to our guide, Michael—he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and hospitable. He went above and beyond by assisting my grandma during the hike, helping us order lunch, and even taking us to Qingtiangang Grassland as a bonus stop.
We especially appreciated how he warmly called my grandma “Mama,” which made the experience feel extra personal. The museum tour was also excellent—I learned so much!
