Our guide Allan ensured we had an amazing experience all day. Even though our tour was on a Sunday which would bring large crowds, he made small tweaks to the order of our itinerary so that we could avoid the worst of the crowds and have a better experience. Most of all even though it was super hot and humid, Allan maintained his energy and positive vibe all day long!! He answered all of our questions about the sites and took many many photos throughout which is great for a solo traveler like myself. Highly recommend:))

Spring Hotel has a long history (I looked it up, 28 years! 😂) but it's incredibly well-maintained, and still attracts many Japanese tourists. This time, we stayed in a connecting room, where we could enjoy hot springs right in our room (the sunken style is also perfect for seniors). The staff were very friendly, and most importantly, the shuttle service was so convenient! You just register for a time at the front desk, and it's easy to go up and down the mountain. Although the breakfast didn't have many options, it was delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Awesome trip! Our tour guide, Jenny, was so lively and energetic. Also, our group was composed of diverse nationalities, which made it wonderful. Lastly, the weather was really good, allowing us to visit all the places on the itinerary. Highly recommended!

This was a last minute booking. Booked it on the way to Beitou. Redeemed it within 15 mins with no issues. Staff were very accommodating and the 90 mins for the bath were more than enough. Complimentary snacks and cold drinks as well. There’s a hot and cold plunge within the private room. Just take note that there’s an additional 300 NTD fee for weekend visits.

We had a great experience on this tour! Handsome Kevin and his trainee were knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout the day. Despite the tiring itinerary and rainy weather, Kevin stayed energetic until the very end.
The places we visited were beautiful, especially for nature lovers. I liked that we were encouraged to explore; Kevin gave us the option to relax or join him as he shared interesting facts about each place.
The lunch stop was a nice experience with generous portions to share, although the food wasn’t quite to my personal taste.
Our driver was also kind and made us feel safe. With only five guests, including me as a solo traveler, the tour felt personal and relaxed.
Despite the weather, we had an amazing time. Thanks to Kevin, his trainee, our driver, and the whole team for a memorable day. Highly recommended!

It's pretty good, with a dedicated shuttle service for round trips. The room is quite spacious, clean, and dust-free. The coffee on the first floor is also decent; you can bring your own milk to make a latte. The only minor drawback is that there's no air conditioning on the path from the lobby to the room. I'm not sure if it was off because it was the afternoon. I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance! 😁
