Fantastic 5.0
The masseuses are mainly Vietnamese, and the female masseuses have strong pressure. Their style is similar to Thai massage, with pressing and stretching. You can request to focus on specific areas. Buying through Klook is more cost-effective than purchasing vouchers. The only drawback is that one of the female masseuses kept trying to upsell vouchers.

Great 4.0
This was my mom's experience. She used to go to the Linkou branch, but I'm not sure if she didn't communicate clearly with the masseuse. My mom felt that her hair wasn't washed very well, so she suggested that the masseuse should ask customers about their preferences (e.g., pressure) at each step of the process. This would be more convenient and suitable for customers, especially older ones.

Thank you to the staff for their thoughtful help; it was truly heartwarming. The massage therapist always asked if I wanted more or less pressure during the massage, which made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for helping me relax. Environment: Super clean Service: Great service Service: A cup of chicken soup is included with every 90-minute session.

Fantastic 5.0
This massage experience was incredibly comfortable. The masseuse's technique was professional, and the pressure was just right, allowing them to carefully relax my sore areas. I felt very relaxed during the session, and afterward, my shoulders, neck, and body felt much lighter. The overall service was friendly, and the environment was clean and comfortable. It was a very satisfying experience.

Great 4.0
My first time experiencing an essential oil massage, it was very special, and the whole experience was very comfortable. If you don't like the kind of traditional massage that hurts, this is a great place to try. I slept very soundly that night, thank you to the massage therapist.

The Carriage House is very special, and the kids loved it! The horses are well cared for, and horseback riding was a lot of fun. There's a lot of nature around the accommodation, and the kids had a great time catching insects. The staff were also very friendly and made the children feel very valued :)

About a 7-minute walk from Banqiao Station, convenient transportation. The room is clean, but they don't provide a mobile phone charging cable, so remember to bring your own. They provide a water bottle so you can fill it at the water dispenser. There is a large hot bath on the 17th floor, and there are some nice restaurants nearby.

What to know before visiting New Taipei

A quick snapshot of New Taipei and what draws visitors

New Taipei’s busiest experiences on Klook are parks & gardens, tours and cultural experiences, with massages and family-friendly playgrounds also popular. Booking demand rises and falls through the year, peaking around December and dropping to a low in August, so the city’s rhythm mixes nature, guided outings and cultural stops across seasons.

Best times to visit and how prices behave

Klook booking data shows demand peaks in December and bottoms out in August. Prices trend separately: Klook historical prices peak around May and are typically lowest in January, so the most crowded month (December) is not the priciest. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, travel in August or January when demand and prices are calmer; for peak-season atmosphere aim for December. Note that prices and demand diverge at times — the priciest booking period on Klook is typically in May even though demand is higher in December.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most travellers from Singapore typically book New Taipei experiences about a week in advance, with earlier planning helpful for travel in the busiest months like December. Many popular options—parks, tours and cultural experiences—can still be arranged close to travel dates, so you can stay flexible but consider booking ahead if you visit during peak season. Use Klook to compare timings and pick refundable or flexible options when you want extra peace of mind.
