service: The Receptionist was nice and accommodating once you approached them. ONSEN SPA: One of the receptionist lady in Spa was annoyed that we didn’t understand her. We were hoping that Ms. Jenny will be better to be there daily in the Spa area since she was approachable and was making an effort to communicate with us. But, onsen was the reason why we booked this hotel. breakfast: It is true that the choices are limited. If you are a person who just wanted a light breakfast this is for you. But, if you are like us who wanted to consider the breakfast as a brunch, better to look for other hotel with great breakfast like Ceasar park. transport access: If you have full of energy to walk, this is for you. But, in our case, we ended up booked an Uber since we get tired of walking back to the hotel. The Hilton & Ceasar Park Hotel are the best options if you are looking for convenient transportation in Banqiao Station even it was raining.

They had the comparately reasonable price during the lunar new year holiday. There is a public bath which is quite different from the amenities other hotels offer.
