The instructor was very professional and attentive. I quickly learned how to explore the underwater world. I was always worried I wouldn't be able to equalize the pressure, but with the instructor's careful guidance, I eventually mastered the technique and descended to 12 meters. The only downside is that Longdong is quite remote, and there isn't much to do at night. The dormitory is also quite basic. It would have been even better if there were more dining and entertainment options.

The staff were very kind, and it was a great experience. The female instructor helped a lot and made the photoshoot enjoyable. Thank you!

recommend this. 1-2 hours is enough depending on how busy it is & how many photos you want to take. beautiful, unique, nature experience. worth the fee. ladies toilets weren’t too busy but, try to avoid them if you can. . it was busier than I would like, and too many people posing for too many photos. some of the poses & face-pulling was hilarious though. there was a line to take photos with the queens head. 😜😸

A retro highlight! The 5-minute open-air ride feels like a fun vintage roller coaster with breezy river views. It's a total lifesaver for skipping the uphill walk to the waterfall if you're traveling with kids or seniors. This place is actually very nice. As soon as you go inside, you can actually smell the cypress and it really is calming. And as soon as you go inside, you do have to pour in the water, but the time does start as soon as you check in at the front gate. So, I would suggest that you go in and fill up the tub as soon as you go inside.

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

We had such a wonderful tour today. Our tour guide Ivy was very professional and it was obvious that she had lot of experience as tour guide. She connected well in English in our international group. It's a pay-as-you-go service, and while it's only for two hours, it's perfect for young children. The venue has a wide variety of facilities and unique experiential activities suitable for all kinds of kids. The children loved it so much they didn't want to leave, so remember to agree on a departure time beforehand.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It's a sunny day, we went there with a tour bus which walked us to the store itself, then we got given the 4-colour lantern and provided with black calligraphy pen to write our wishes, each colour represent a different area of life, e.g. health and wealth etc. We wrote our lantern inside the shop before going outdoor. There are staff using our phones to taking photos and videos of us on the train track and gave us poses to take pictures of the different sides of the lantern.
