kind. The day we had our trip tou our itinerary that day was only 2 of us. so there is no other customer so we had the whole car to ourself the whole day. the driver Anwar help us take various photo at different sites. we enjoy so much. The night firefly trip we didnt see much firefly. but we still had fun. we saw so many stars. romantic experience

The pick up to the snorkelling experience to the drop off,I have an AMAZING 1000/💯 service from Dwi and The Bintan Neemo team too! It was thoughtful for the organisers to allow us have the pop mee and coffee ☕ truly 😋 🤤 after the snorkelling,kayaking,swimming around the vicinity of Bintan Neemo! Do not worry for those that got no waterproof camera, you have to relax as The team at Bintan Neemo will prepared it for you! Highly recommended activity for all be it you are a solo traveller wants to embark on this experience or a family/friends group vibes!

very pleased with the whole experience. pickup and drop off at our hotel was seemless. we had the boat to ourselves, and were lucky enough to spot a couple of snakes, and other wildlife (though that’s completely up to luck). gave us a free drink at the end as well which was nice. whole experience from pickup to drop off was approx 1.5h. would recommend.

The tourguide was helpful and friendly in explaining different aspects of the mangrove. The sight was nice and it was great to have some fresh air away from the city. Transport to the location was also convenient.

a very good and experience driver with full of information..although the massage place he brought us to was bit "off"(lazy and expensive) he is still nice to accommodate with different stuff..

This was my first trip to Bintan Island. It was a day trip from Singapore. I was looking for a day trip tour, and I found the perfect one. Being picked up from the ferry terminal upon arrival was the most reassuring thing. Of course, I was also very satisfied with the tour content. There was a mangrove tour, a desert and blue lake, and lunch included in the original tour, but the guide was quick-witted and suggested things like a safari, coffee, a first honey farm, and a massage. I had a very fulfilling day. I could ask him anything about the island. He even accompanied me on the safari and took pictures. You probably won't find a guide with such a service-oriented attitude very often. I made the right choice in joining this tour without hesitation. Thank you very much.

We had a great time during this tour - nice scenery at the blue lagoon / sand dunes (bring sunblock and umbrellas as the weather can be unpredictable according to the locals), would recommend going for the optional ATVs (both single and 2-seater ATVs are available, with locals there to guide and ensure your safety). The agency contacted us 1 day in advance with detailed instructions and our driver Mr Eri arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. He was friendly, offered to take pictures for us and brought us to an alternative lunch spot near the mangrove swamp (which was more spacious and better ventilated) because the original location was fully booked with limited seats. Food was good and cheaper than in the resorts. The coffee plantation and honey bee farm visit was fun too - a welcome drink (jamu), coffee, goreng pisang and roselle tea are included in the package. Insect repellent is provided. Don't need to worry about getting stung by bees as they are stingless.

Thank you Mr Darul our driver for the great service! He brought us to Blue Lake, Sand Dunes, Brother Kelong Seafood, Sister Bintan Supermarket, and the Buddha statue. Very friendly, helpful, and patient driver. Our trip was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
