fussfree experience. just need to head to counter at ferry terminal 90 minutes before travel time to collect physical tickets for boarding 30 minutes before travel time. ferry ride took about 50 minutes or so and Bintan is a very beautiful place with 22 resorts and many great beaches!

We definitely had one of the best tour experiences with Made! 💯 He was very professional and polite, yet still warm, friendly, and engaging throughout the entire trip. You can genuinely feel his passion and dedication. He constantly made sure we were safe, comfortable, having fun, and truly enjoying the experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and eager to learn new things, which I genuinely admire. Plus, his English is great, making communication so easy! I honestly have so many good things to say about him and our trip. A big shout-out as well to the admin team who assisted us eventhough we booked last minute (late at night!), they still provided clear details and smooth coordination from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Made and The Travelling Bintan if you’re visiting Bintan. 💯💯💯 That’s how great our experience was! 👍✨✨

Wow, what an incredible experience! Driver Anto kept the car spotless and drove with amazing skill. When he noticed some parts of my self-planned route didn’t make sense, he immediately helped me adjust it. At every attraction, he not only gave us great introductions but even acted as our translator! The seafood restaurant was fresh and affordable, and the massage left us completely refreshed and relaxed. Both adults and kids were absolutely delighted — honestly, it deserves 7 stars!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our journeys very pleasant. Our driver was professional, punctual, and extremely courteous. He drove safely, knew the routes well, and was always patient and accommodating to our schedule changes. Communication was clear, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip.

What a pleasant day it was meeting our tour guide, Ah Long. He is a local Chinese guide who speaks excellent Mandarin. Patient, polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable, he even brought us to enjoy a delicious and affordable local lunch. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our trip with Ah Long.

We had a great time during this tour - nice scenery at the blue lagoon / sand dunes (bring sunblock and umbrellas as the weather can be unpredictable according to the locals), would recommend going for the optional ATVs (both single and 2-seater ATVs are available, with locals there to guide and ensure your safety). The agency contacted us 1 day in advance with detailed instructions and our driver Mr Eri arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. He was friendly, offered to take pictures for us and brought us to an alternative lunch spot near the mangrove swamp (which was more spacious and better ventilated) because the original location was fully booked with limited seats. Food was good and cheaper than in the resorts. The coffee plantation and honey bee farm visit was fun too - a welcome drink (jamu), coffee, goreng pisang and roselle tea are included in the package. Insect repellent is provided. Don't need to worry about getting stung by bees as they are stingless.

kind. The day we had our trip tou our itinerary that day was only 2 of us. so there is no other customer so we had the whole car to ourself the whole day. the driver Anwar help us take various photo at different sites. we enjoy so much. The night firefly trip we didnt see much firefly. but we still had fun. we saw so many stars. romantic experience
