Honestly, I don't quite understand why I had to buy three ice cream vouchers to order tickets for Andy Hui's concert. Andy Hui isn't an endorser for this ice cream brand, and I also don't believe I'll be allowed to eat ice cream inside the Hong Kong Coliseum. But I do like this brand of ice cream, so it's no big deal. I'm sure I'll be able to use all the ice cream vouchers, and the method for redeeming them seems very easy.

Basically, I would give it five stars because the quality of the crab was good, all the food was served, and the dishes were brought out according to the ordered quantities. However, near the end, when we wanted to order some side dishes, one of the staff members had a terrible attitude, claiming we hadn't placed the order and that time was already up. We are certain we placed the order before checking out. Overall, it would have been five stars, but the service quality took a hit because of this employee.

Κλείσαμε τραπέζι από νωρίς και καταφέραμε να καθίσουμε δίπλα στο παράθυρο, η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική και το περιβάλλον άνετο. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Ήταν μια διασκεδαστική εμπειρία να απολαμβάνουμε το μεσημεριανό μπουφέ με τους φίλους μου εδώ. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι άψογη. Είναι ευγενικοί. Σπάνια συναντά κανείς τέτοια προσοχή στις μέρες μας, εκτός από πολύ ακριβά εστιατόρια.

Πρόσφατα επισκέφτηκα δύο φορές το εστιατόριο Tsui Yuen στο New Town Plaza του Sha Tin για dim sum. Τα dim sum ήταν αρκετά καλά, οπότε αγόρασα ένα κουπόνι από το Klook όταν είδα την προσφορά. Πήγα στις 6 Ιουνίου γύρω στις 10:30 το πρωί και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Αν και έφτασα νωρίς, με βοήθησαν να καθίσω γρήγορα. Ωστόσο, τα dim sum εκείνη την ημέρα ήταν πολύ απογοητευτικά. Τα τηγανητά δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστά, σαν να είχαν μείνει για λίγο. Η ζύμη ήταν στεγνή και μαλακή, όχι τραγανή. Τα χακάο και τα σιουμάι ήταν ακόμα χειρότερα. Έμοιαζαν με κατεψυγμένα, προπαρασκευασμένα dim sum που αγοράζεις από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Τα σιουμάι είχαν επίσης πολύ έντονη γεύση από γλουταμινικό νάτριο. Σκέφτηκα, μήπως τα dim sum του Klook είναι προπαρασκευασμένα; Ρώτησα τον σερβιτόρο. Είπε ότι η κουζίνα δεν ξεχωρίζει τους πελάτες του Klook από τους απλούς πελάτες, αλλά ήταν πολύ περίεργο, τα dim sum εκείνη την ημέρα δεν ήταν όπως αυτά που τρώω συνήθως. Ωστόσο, το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Great value for money and attentive service. Lobsters are supplied endlessly. Every dish is exceptionally well-prepared. Both the roast beef and the lamb chop end cuts are tender. The Peking duck and roast duck are rich in aroma and delicious. Even the various salads are meticulously paired, and the sashimi, sushi, and cart noodles all feature surprisingly high-quality ingredients. The hot dishes are of high quality. The desserts are top-notch, with too many varieties to try them all; the cakes are fluffy, the cream is soft, the sawdust pudding is flawless, and the strawberry cake and chestnut cake are absolute must-tries. The ice cream is Häagen-Dazs with four flavors, and there are freshly made pancakes, egg waffles, and Portuguese egg tarts, which are the most popular. It is a must-visit for birthdays, as there is a pianist and guitarist to sing you a birthday song, and the restaurant provides props while the manager helps take photos and videos. The cake used for photos is an exceptional fruit Napoleon for guests to share.

It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.

Τα θαλασσινά, όπως τα στρείδια και οι γαρίδες, ήταν φυσιολογικά, και υπήρχαν ακόμη και αστακοί και κυδώνια. Οι σαλάτες ήταν καλές. Τα ζεστά πιάτα και τα κινέζικα ήταν μέτρια και θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν. Τα ιαπωνικά σασίμι δεν κόβονταν τη στιγμή της παραγγελίας αλλά ήταν ήδη κομμένα σε μερίδες για να τα πάρεις, και η ποιότητα ήταν επίσης μέτρια. Τα σούσι και τα κρύα noodles δεν είχαν καμία έκπληξη. Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!
