Honestly, I don't quite understand why I had to buy three ice cream vouchers to order tickets for Andy Hui's concert. Andy Hui isn't an endorser for this ice cream brand, and I also don't believe I'll be allowed to eat ice cream inside the Hong Kong Coliseum. But I do like this brand of ice cream, so it's no big deal. I'm sure I'll be able to use all the ice cream vouchers, and the method for redeeming them seems very easy.

v impressed with the service level and restaurant deco (a rustic swiss chalet). food and drink were generally good - especially the fondue, raclette, chocolate mousse and tea. will visit again.

Basically, I would give it five stars because the quality of the crab was good, all the food was served, and the dishes were brought out according to the ordered quantities. However, near the end, when we wanted to order some side dishes, one of the staff members had a terrible attitude, claiming we hadn't placed the order and that time was already up. We are certain we placed the order before checking out. Overall, it would have been five stars, but the service quality took a hit because of this employee.

Kamakailan, dalawang beses na akong nakapunta sa Tsui Yuen sa New Town Plaza, Sha Tin para mag-dim sum. Masarap naman ang dim sum nila, kaya nang makita kong may promo sa Klook, bumili ako ng coupon. Dumating ako noong Hunyo 6 ng mga 10:30 ng umaga, at napakabait ng mga staff. Kahit maaga ako, mabilis nila akong naipasok. Ngunit, labis akong nadismaya sa dim sum noong araw na iyon. Hindi mainit ang mga pritong pagkain, parang matagal nang nakatambay. Malambot na ang balat at hindi na malutong. Mas malala pa ang har gow at siomai. Parang mga frozen na pre-made dim sum na nabibili sa supermarket. Sobrang daming MSG pa ng siomai. Naisip ko, baka pre-made ang dim sum para sa Klook? Tinanong ko ang waiter. Sabi niya, hindi raw pinaghihiwalay ng kusina kung Klook o ordinaryong customer, pero nakapagtataka, hindi tulad ng karaniwan kong kinakain ang dim sum noong araw na iyon. Ngunit, napakagalang ng mga staff ng restaurant.

It was a good value deal. Redemption was quick and the food was absolutely delicious!

Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. It was quite chaotic. The waiter at the door had no idea about the pre-paid package, and it took a long time before we could be seated. We also had to pay over a hundred dollars extra for the service charge, so it wasn't a great value. If you live nearby, it might be worth a try.
