The Panorama: The food quality is very high, and there's a wide selection of hot dishes. I also appreciate that in addition to regular coffee and milk tea, they offer juice with cocktails, and the freshly squeezed carrot juice isn't too sweet and is full of fresh flavor. The Beef Wellington also deserves praise; the beef tenderloin was incredibly tender and full of beefy flavor. The cold seafood section had the must-have lobster, which was very fresh and flavorful. Furthermore, the dessert area had many options, but I was too full to try more than a few. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience.

Although it looks like a traditional Hong Kong snack shop, just when you think it's nothing special, your taste buds will strongly sense the amazing deliciousness hidden deep within. The pan-fried buns and dry noodles are highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Πρόσφατα επισκέφτηκα δύο φορές το εστιατόριο Tsui Yuen στο New Town Plaza του Sha Tin για dim sum. Τα dim sum ήταν αρκετά καλά, οπότε αγόρασα ένα κουπόνι από το Klook όταν είδα την προσφορά. Έμοιαζαν με κατεψυγμένα, προπαρασκευασμένα dim sum που αγοράζεις από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Τα σιουμάι είχαν επίσης πολύ έντονη γεύση από γλουταμινικό νάτριο. Σκέφτηκα, μήπως τα dim sum του Klook είναι προπαρασκευασμένα; Ρώτησα τον σερβιτόρο. Είπε ότι η κουζίνα δεν ξεχωρίζει τους πελάτες του Klook από τους απλούς πελάτες, αλλά ήταν πολύ περίεργο, τα dim sum εκείνη την ημέρα δεν ήταν όπως αυτά που τρώω συνήθως. Ωστόσο, το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Προσφορά 1+1, για γεύμα σε αυτή την τιμή, είχε απρόσμενα μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών, οπότε δεν είναι περίεργο που ήταν γεμάτο. Ειδικά τα επιδόρπια ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα και ιδιαίτερα, με ναπολετάν κρέμα μάνγκο, κρέπες ντούριαν, σουφλέ καραμέλας με μότσι, βάφλες ταρώ, καθώς και μερικά είδη μαλακών μπισκότων και διάφορα παγωτά Mövenpick, πολύ εγκάρδια και νόστιμα. Τα θαλασσινά, όπως τα στρείδια και οι γαρίδες, ήταν φυσιολογικά, και υπήρχαν ακόμη και αστακοί και κυδώνια. Οι σαλάτες ήταν καλές. Τα ζεστά πιάτα και τα κινέζικα ήταν μέτρια και θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν. Τα ιαπωνικά σασίμι δεν κόβονταν τη στιγμή της παραγγελίας αλλά ήταν ήδη κομμένα σε μερίδες για να τα πάρεις, και η ποιότητα ήταν επίσης μέτρια. Τα σούσι και τα κρύα noodles δεν είχαν καμία έκπληξη. Every staff member was warmly welcoming, especially the chefs who actively introduced the food 👍🏻👍🏻 The environment and atmosphere were great, and we happened to be seated near the window with a view of the ocean 😍👍🏻 However, the lighting near our seats was a bit dim, making it harder to take good photos of the food, a bit dark 😂 The snow crab legs were amazing ❤️ We ate so many of them 🤤 All the food was very fresh 👍🏻 Especially the salmon sashimi 😍 It was thickly cut, and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted, unlike other restaurants that only give you two slices at a time 😆 There was a huge variety of desserts; trying a bit of everything was enough to fill us up 🤣🤣 We would definitely go back again 😊 We went this time to celebrate my older sister's birthday, and found out on the day that if you mention in advance when booking that you are celebrating a birthday, they will give a small cake 🎂 to the birthday person. We saw other people celebrating birthdays there too.
