Προσφορά 1+1, για γεύμα σε αυτή την τιμή, είχε απρόσμενα μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών, οπότε δεν είναι περίεργο που ήταν γεμάτο. Ειδικά τα επιδόρπια ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα και ιδιαίτερα, με ναπολετάν κρέμα μάνγκο, κρέπες ντούριαν, σουφλέ καραμέλας με μότσι, βάφλες ταρώ, καθώς και μερικά είδη μαλακών μπισκότων και διάφορα παγωτά Mövenpick, πολύ εγκάρδια και νόστιμα. Τα θαλασσινά, όπως τα στρείδια και οι γαρίδες, ήταν φυσιολογικά, και υπήρχαν ακόμη και αστακοί και κυδώνια. Οι σαλάτες ήταν καλές. Τα ζεστά πιάτα και τα κινέζικα ήταν μέτρια και θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν. Τα ιαπωνικά σασίμι δεν κόβονταν τη στιγμή της παραγγελίας αλλά ήταν ήδη κομμένα σε μερίδες για να τα πάρεις, και η ποιότητα ήταν επίσης μέτρια. Τα σούσι και τα κρύα noodles δεν είχαν καμία έκπληξη. It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

This time, I bought a Häagen-Dazs ice cream fondue voucher on Klook during a special offer, and it was incredibly cost-effective! The redemption process was very smooth; I just had to show the QR code at the store, which was convenient and quick. There was a rich variety of ice cream flavors, and they paired perfectly with the rich chocolate sauce. The packaging was exquisite, making it suitable for enjoying at home or as a gift. It was much cheaper than buying it directly at the store. I highly recommend it to friends who love desserts, and I will definitely repurchase it next time there's a promotion!

Πρόσφατα επισκέφτηκα δύο φορές το εστιατόριο Tsui Yuen στο New Town Plaza του Sha Tin για dim sum. Τα dim sum ήταν αρκετά καλά, οπότε αγόρασα ένα κουπόνι από το Klook όταν είδα την προσφορά. Έμοιαζαν με κατεψυγμένα, προπαρασκευασμένα dim sum που αγοράζεις από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Τα σιουμάι είχαν επίσης πολύ έντονη γεύση από γλουταμινικό νάτριο. Σκέφτηκα, μήπως τα dim sum του Klook είναι προπαρασκευασμένα; Ρώτησα τον σερβιτόρο. Είπε ότι η κουζίνα δεν ξεχωρίζει τους πελάτες του Klook από τους απλούς πελάτες, αλλά ήταν πολύ περίεργο, τα dim sum εκείνη την ημέρα δεν ήταν όπως αυτά που τρώω συνήθως. Ωστόσο, το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!
