The room is cozy and the facilities are modern. Transportation is convenient and very close to the station. There are also three major convenience stores on the way back, making it easy to shop! Highly recommended.

Perfect location near Sapporo Station! Very convenient for accessing JR lines and the subway. The hotel is clean and well-maintained as expected from Toyoko Inn. The free breakfast was a nice bonus - simple but good selection to start the day. Staff were efficient and friendly during check-in and check-out. Rooms are compact but comfortable with all the essentials. Great value for a one-night stay in Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again for its convenience and reliability!

The hot spring is nice, and the room has some clever ideas to increase usable space. The room's heating and cooling are comfortably arranged, and the breakfast is of a certain standard. Providing water and ice is great.

The room was spacious, making it pleasant to use. It's within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino.

This is the best value hotel during the Yuki Matsuri season. It's only two stops from Sapporo Station. From Kotoni Station, you can walk to the hotel through a building with a public passage, so you only have to walk in the snow for less than 3 minutes. There is a convenience store across from the hotel, and there is a map guide of the hotel surroundings posted and printed, which is very helpful. The staff, including the counter staff and the breakfast buffet staff, are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. I was surprised to find Spanish garlic shrimp (aglio gambas) on the menu. It was very nice that I could choose from three types of cleaning services. Every evening, I would put bath salts from the amenities into the bathtub in my room and take a half-bath, which relieved the fatigue of the day. I will choose Kotoni Green Hotel again next year. I am very satisfied with the value for money.

Close to Daimaru department store, easy to shop for brand names. The room was clean and not far from JR. It seems like there used to be an onsen, but it is no longer in service. Just past the elevated train tracks, you'll find a Family Mart. There's a small alley next to it with a very delicious ramen shop run by an older woman, and also a fried rice place that I loved and went to every day.

I happened to visit right after the renovations and grand reopening, and it felt like a completely new hotel. The location is very close to the station, which is very convenient. The bathhouse is nice. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to experience the meals this time. The room heating was extremely hot; even with it set to 18 degrees Celsius, my child was still complaining about being hot and sweating. The service was very friendly. Even though I didn't request room cleaning, the staff proactively placed the amenities and towels for the second night at the door. I would definitely like to stay there again next time.

Overall a good transfer service. The driver was friendly and the car was comfortable. There was a slight delay at pickup, but it was communicated in advance. Still a convenient option, especially if you want to avoid arranging transport on arrival.
