We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Keio Plaza Hotel! 🏨✨ The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with beautiful view of botanical garden — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent every morning, offering a great variety of both Japanese and Western options — everything was fresh and delicious. 🍱 The hotel’s location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and transport, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟

Check-in was incredibly easy because there was someone who spoke Korean, and they even upgraded our room. It was very spacious and comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance! The staff were super friendly. It's also conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around.

A 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it convenient for getting around. It's right across from Hokkaido University's main gate, so it's a great choice for viewing the autumn leaves. However, the dining area in the lobby is a bit crowded, and the rooms have older-style power outlets without USB ports, so be aware of that!

The hotel has convenient airport transportation and is very close to the JR station. The hotel is new, but the only complaint is that the pillows are not comfortable.

Location is great with first/final stop to and from airport and near to Sapporo station. A must to include breakfast during stay as the spread is fantastic.

hotel location: 10 minute walk from Sapporo Station, 5 minutes away from Botanical Garden service: We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now—once in the winter and again this summer—and both experiences have been consistently excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless upon arrival, and when we requested a steamer, it was already in the room when we arrived. Check-in was seamless, and we especially appreciated the convenience of the self-checkout counter when it was time to leave. (One thing to note: there’s no microwave available to use, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. So make sure to heat up those konbini purchases before returning to the hotel.)
