Location is good. close to everything but room is a bit small. Breakfast has quite a few variety. recommended.

Airport transfer is just a few steps away from the hotel. Although it takes around 70-90mins for the journey, it's definitely recommended as you do not have to drag luggage and squeeze with others on the metro. No desserts for hotel breakfast. Room is quite clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel though kinda old, is strategically located across Daimaru. Very close to the clock tower and the TV Station. Sapporo JR Station is accessible via the hotel’s elevators located at B1 which is connected to the underground city. The one thing we really appreciated was the tub. After a whole day of walking around the area or tour, you can destress in the hot tub. A number of Aromatherapy are readily available at the 7th floor together with all the amenities you may need like toothbrush, comb, razor, owoshu or those individually packed mouthwash, etc. Another thing we appreciate was the availability of ice cubes and drinking water machine. Hotel staff has been most helpful and even went an extra mile to help us contact the Airport bus as we left our water container. After a few hours, it was delivered and returned to us.

Location is great, directly opposite Daimaru..however room is small and hard to put luggage and housekeeping isn't too good..bedsheets and pillows are dated

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The only issue arose during check-in when I added an extra night over the phone. They initially charged me a higher rate, but I was assertive in explaining that my conversation with their staff confirmed I should pay the same rate as my original booking. After several discussions, I successfully got them to honor the rate I booked through the app. This hotel is just across the train station after we arrived Sapporo. Perfect stay!

2nd review I am giving because of my long stay at the hotel. I had an overnight stay at Noboribetsu, hence leaving my luggage with the hotel for a night. There is a self help storage facility to keep your luggage. You tap your credit card to release the lock to tie up your luggage. It is free of charge.

What makes this hotel a great choice is the underground link to Sapporo Station. Especially so during the winter! There are some stairs that you will need to hand carry your luggage before reaching the hotel lift at basement 1. The reception is at L7. My kids love the hot chocolate offered at the rest area next to the reception. In term of room and facility, I only wish that the bed can be more softer and comfortable.
