Very clean hotel located within short walks to shops and restaurants.

hotel was clean, everyhing was organized, the room was typically small but pillows could be improved.

the best hotel we stayed at during our holiday in Sapporo! best onsen facility, and family mart just under the hotel (+ lawson just around the corner). location were great, easy to reach to sapporo JR station. just a bit far from Susukino area (if you choose to walk)

quite some distance from the railway station especially in the snowy weather. generally ok but onsen is loaded with mainland Chinese who always talk loudly as if they are in their own home.

a fancy newly build apartment, lobby can be crowded during check-in. but the facilities are modern and tailor made to accommodate crowd. a breathe of fresh air from the aging Japanese hotel. do try it, you won’t regret it.

Overall a good transfer service. The driver was friendly and the car was comfortable. There was a slight delay at pickup, but it was communicated in advance. Still a convenient option, especially if you want to avoid arranging transport on arrival.

We stayed here for 8 days and had a great experience overall. We booked a twin room, and I really loved how spacious it was, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. Our room had a nice view of Sapporo Station, the “Hello Sapporo” sign, and Mt. Moiwa in the background, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel is very convenient—there’s a money exchange machine in the lobby and a FamilyMart right inside the building. We didn’t get the chance to try their onsen or public bath since our schedule was quite busy, but it’s nice to know the option is available. The location is good, about a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, though it does feel longer when you’re dragging luggage haha. The only downside for me was the laundromat. They only have three wash-and-dry machines, and it’s almost always crowded. Also, the drying function isn’t very effective, so clothes usually need extra drying time. I recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, great views, and overall convenience.
