probably the best 4 star hotel i been to in japan. shuttle services are great

Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the comfort and space were great! The only downside was the attitude of the staff. We left the hotel on January 29th, and because we didn't realize that the 10:30 am shuttle bus required a reservation, the front desk staff told us to try asking the staff on duty outside if there were any spare seats. Luckily, another group of guests needed to cancel and said we could take their place. I checked with the staff on duty, but it turned out that it was just the driver who kept saying he didn't know (in Japanese) and completely ignored us. We waited until the bus left, and he still ignored us. In the end, we had to take a taxi to the station ourselves, which was very upsetting.

Really close to a station exit, the room is nice with good facilities and nice kitchen. I love the small table in the room is a nice living room for 1 person! However do note this has no front desk, I wish klook could make it clearer on their page about sending an email to confirm the booking with the supplier before arriving, but besides that love this apartment, would book again next time I come Sapporo!

I lived here in 2+2 total 4nights, I was afraid the hotel would treat me bad because I booked it in a rather cheap price. but the staffs were as polite as other premier hotels. thank you for looking after me.

Very nice hotel, a home sweet home away from the busy city center.

The hotel offers a strategic location. It is near subway station as well as bus station. You can easily go to airport via Soen station. There are also nearby convenience stores. The place is also located in a safe neighborhood.

all things was nice. but the yukata on my last day staying was not clean enough….

This is the second time staying at LiveMax hotel (the 1st was at Nagano) and the 1st time trying out their breakfast. But It turns out that the hotel has no restaurant.
