Great location and easy access to Shibuya station, nice free guest room, beautiful Rooms and amenities

Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were spacious, well kept and we had a fabulousview. The front desk was exceptional at helping us. It was also conveniently located near everything we planned to visit. I highly recommend this hotel for first time visitors to Shibuya.

I booked the dormitory type room. It was safe and others have respect. It is good if you only go for a solo travel and you are back packers. The free breakfast is also good. Ambiance was nice and neat. The common bathroom is not good becaus emaybe a lot ar eusung it.

Excellent location! Just steps away from many restaurants and shops. Everything was very clean and the service was great.

i am very happy with this hotel. i chose this hotel because of the location, and i am not disappointed. the location is 5/5, which made my first JP trip memorable, accessible and convenient. the facilities and rooms are 5/5, the staffs are friendly, and are able to speak good english. one suggestion - you can direct guests that the hotel entrance is also on the ground floor of mark city. this is a better entrance than thru the 3rd floor.

The hotel has convenient transportation, with subway and bus stations nearby. Shopping is also convenient, with a Don Quijote right outside the door and many delicious snacks and restaurants around. The staff are warm and polite, making for a very satisfying stay!
