Bintan

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

Hi va haver una petita falta de comunicació en el transport. No obstant això, l'experiència a SpaLab va ser SUPERBA. Va ser molt bona. Vam fer un massatge balinès i la terapeuta va treballar realment en les nostres zones de focus del cos. L'ambient també era bo i relaxant. En general, el servei va ser excel·lent. Molt recomanable!

The consultation was quite thorough. The therapists made sure that our desired areas of focus were acknowledged and always made it a point to ask if we were comfortable with how they did the massages.

Vam tenir una experiència increïble a D Bintan Salon and Spa! La meva dona i jo vam provar el tractament corporal Snow White després de la nostra experiència en ATV, i va ser molt relaxant i refrescant. El personal era amable, l'ambient era tranquil i fins i tot van oferir transport a l'hotel, cosa que va fer que tot fos molt convenient. Sens dubte, una visita obligada quan visiteu Bintan! This was my solo trip to Bintan for the first time, Mr Surya was my driver. I thought it was a shared trip since I booked for 1 person . when i got to know the admin gave me a whole car (7 seater) with driver/tour Guide was a pleasant to chitchats with him and Mr Surya was very Good in navigating and recommedating for foodcorners (warungs) , massage Centre and all. The evening I was missed my Mangrove boat ride since Its already 6pm PLUS. But after spoke to the admin , he agreed me to bring to the Mangrove boat ride (Individual charge not include with the trip) and drop off to the terminal for free of fuel charge. I’ll sure recommend to my family & Friends. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Diki/Dicky va ser molt càlid, acollidor i amable a la nostra arribada. I va parlar de Bintan. Vam estar parlant sense parar. També ens va ajudar a fer una foto i un vídeo! El llac Blau va ser una sorpresa increïble! També hi havia un fotògraf i era molt amable! Vam anar a comprar records i també a fer un massatge! Em vaig divertir molt des de la meva arribada fins al final del meu viatge a Bintan. El tornaré a reservar! RECOMANAT A TOTHOM!!

My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.
