【Child Seats and Luggage】 ・This service uses officially operating vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory under Japanese law. If needed, one child booster seat can be provided free of charge; ・For the 2nd seat and onwards, an additional JPY 2,500 per seat will be charged. Please make a note of this when placing your order. Please note that child seats occupy approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. ・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be informed in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. ・If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the traveler.
【Vehicle and Travel Range】 ・Vehicles may be changed to the same class vehicle depending on the dispatch situation on the day. Specific vehicle models cannot be selected. ・If you wish to customize your route, please fill in your itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation. ・Travel range: Within 300 kilometers, centered on the hotel departing from Tokyo. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional travel (e.g., Mount Fuji + Hakone). ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within the Tokyo city area; an empty car fee (JPY 5,000–20,000) will be charged for areas outside this range. ・Urayasu, Disneyland area, and Haneda Airport are not within the Tokyo city area pick-up and drop-off range. A one-way surcharge (JPY 5,000–10,000) will be applied for pick-up and drop-off in these areas.
【Charter Service Time】 ・Standard service time: 10 hours. Overtime charges will apply if the service exceeds this time. ・If the pick-up and drop-off locations are in different locations (e.g., Mount Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; extra travel time without passengers needs to be reserved for other areas. ・Service hours are between 7:00-22:00. If you need service outside of these hours, please make a note of this when placing your order for customer service confirmation.
【Overtime Fee】 Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour). Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour). ・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee.
【Other Reminders】 ・The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please make a note of this when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If it can be arranged, a designation fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged. ・The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (no later than 3 hours before the service); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. ・If the itinerary includes “Mount Fuji 5th Station”, you will need to pay the mountain climbing fee on-site (approximately JPY 2,800–6,400), which can be paid on your behalf by the driver. ・Communication reminder: LINE IDs cannot be added in some areas, so it is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email to contact us.
