The JR Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass is truly worth it. You can use it to ride the Haruka express train and the Shinkansen with reserved seats from the airport all the way to Hiroshima. It's convenient to use the Haruka Limited Express when traveling from Kansai Airport to Osaka or Kyoto. It's even better that you can also use the bus service operating between the Inner and Outer Shrines of Ise Jingu.
