Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍 Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!

Everything is good. It’s just that when we call for the luggage pick-up from the room. The call wasn’t pick up.

The room was big… the original setup had a king-size bed, then I brought along a queen-size air mattress. There was also a sofa in the room, and even with all that, there was still plenty of space — really satisfying. The bathroom was large too, with two sections: a regular shower and a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner were just in front of the hotel, within walking distance, with lots of choices. To get to Feringhi Bay, you could just walk along the beach for 5 minutes. The swimming pool was great as well. The only downside was that every time I used the hairdryer, the power would trip and cause a blackout. That’s the only issue.

අපට මෙම හෝටලයේ ඉතා ප්‍රසන්න නවාතැන් ගැනීමක් තිබුණි. සමස්තයක් වශයෙන්, අපි අත්දැකීමෙන් සෑහීමකට පත් විය. හෝටලය ළමයින්ට ඉතා හිතකර වන අතර අපගේ දරුවා සැබවින්ම නවාතැන් ගැනීමෙන් සතුටක් ලැබීය. පරිසරය සුවපහසු වූ අතර පවුල් සඳහා සුදුසු විය. පවුලේ නිවාඩුවක් සඳහා නිසැකවම විශිෂ්ට ස්ථානයකි.

The banana boat and donut ride were really fun and exciting. There was no long queue, so we didn’t have to wait much. The staff were friendly, and the whole experience was enjoyable. A great activity to try!

පුදුමාකාර අත්දැකීමක් ලැබුණා. කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය ඉතා වෘත්තීය මට්ටමෙන් කටයුතු කළ අතර මට ආරක්ෂිත බවක් දැනුණා. වෙනත් සමාගම් පැරසේලිං කරමින් සිටියත්, සුළඟ ඉතා තද බැවින් රැඳී සිටින ලෙස ඔහු මට උපදෙස් දුන්නා. ඔබ මෙහි වෙන්කරවා ගන්නේ නම් ආරක්ෂාව ගැන කරදර විය යුතු නැහැ.

සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශිකාව සමඟ පහසු සන්නිවේදනයක් සහිතව, අපූරු අත්දැකීමක් විය. නැරඹූ ස්ථාන (කඳුකර දුම්රිය මාර්ගය සහිත පෙනාං හිල් සහ කෙක් ලොක් සි පන්සල) සිත් ඇදගන්නා සුළු විය. විශේෂයෙන්ම අලුත් අවුරුදු උත්සව සමයේදී පන්සල බොහෝ පහන් කූඩුවලින් සරසා තිබුණි. එහි සොයා ගැනීමට සහ දැකීමට බොහෝ දේ ඇත, ඔබට මුළු දවසම එහි ගත කළ හැකිය. එය පුදුම සහගත විය! ආපසු යන ගමනේදී, ඔබට බඩගින්නේ හෝටලයට යාමට වඩා, දිවා ආහාරය සඳහා හෝකර් මධ්‍යස්ථානයක බැසීමටද හැකිය.
