Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍 Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!

Everything is good. It’s just that when we call for the luggage pick-up from the room. The call wasn’t pick up.

The room was big… the original setup had a king-size bed, then I brought along a queen-size air mattress. There was also a sofa in the room, and even with all that, there was still plenty of space — really satisfying. The bathroom was large too, with two sections: a regular shower and a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner were just in front of the hotel, within walking distance, with lots of choices. To get to Feringhi Bay, you could just walk along the beach for 5 minutes. The swimming pool was great as well. The only downside was that every time I used the hairdryer, the power would trip and cause a blackout. That’s the only issue.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'hotel è molto adatto ai bambini e nostro figlio ha apprezzato molto il soggiorno. L'ambiente era confortevole e adatto alle famiglie. Sicuramente un ottimo posto per una vacanza in famiglia.

Il giro sul banana boat e con il ciambellone gonfiabile sono stati davvero divertenti ed emozionanti. Non c'era una lunga coda, quindi non abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto. Il personale era cordiale e l'intera esperienza è stata piacevole. Un'ottima attività da provare!

Ho avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa. Il personale è stato molto professionale e mi ha fatto sentire al sicuro. Dato che un'altra compagnia stava facendo parasailing, mi ha consigliato di aspettare perché il vento era molto forte. Non dovrete mai preoccuparvi della sicurezza se prenotate qui.

È stata un'esperienza eccezionale con una comunicazione semplice con la guida turistica per il prelievo. Le aree visitate (Penang Hill con la funicolare e il Tempio Kek Lok Si) sono state impressionanti. Soprattutto durante il periodo del Capodanno Cinese, il tempio era decorato con molte lanterne. C'è così tanto da scoprire e vedere che si potrebbe trascorrere un'intera giornata lì. È stato semplicemente fantastico! Al ritorno, a mezzogiorno, ci si può far lasciare in un centro di "hawker food" invece di tornare in hotel affamati.
