Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍
Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!

Everything is good. It’s just that when we call for the luggage pick-up from the room. The call wasn’t pick up.

The room was big… the original setup had a king-size bed, then I brought along a queen-size air mattress. There was also a sofa in the room, and even with all that, there was still plenty of space — really satisfying. The bathroom was large too, with two sections: a regular shower and a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner were just in front of the hotel, within walking distance, with lots of choices. To get to Feringhi Bay, you could just walk along the beach for 5 minutes. The swimming pool was great as well. The only downside was that every time I used the hairdryer, the power would trip and cause a blackout. That’s the only issue.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de l'expérience. L'hôtel est très adapté aux enfants et notre enfant a vraiment apprécié le séjour. L'environnement était confortable et convenait aux familles. C'est sans aucun doute un excellent endroit pour une escapade en famille.

La banane tractée et la bouée tractée étaient vraiment amusantes et excitantes. Il n'y avait pas de longue file d'attente, nous n'avons donc pas eu à attendre longtemps. Le personnel était sympathique et toute l'expérience a été agréable. Une excellente activité à essayer !

J'ai eu une expérience merveilleuse. Le personnel était très professionnel et m'a fait me sentir en sécurité. Comme d'autres entreprises faisaient du parachute ascensionnel, il m'a conseillé d'attendre car le vent était très fort. Vous n'avez jamais à vous soucier de la sécurité si vous réservez ici.

Ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle avec une communication simple avec la guide pour la prise en charge. Les zones visitées (Penang Hill avec le funiculaire ainsi que le temple Kek Lok Si) étaient impressionnantes. Surtout à l'époque du Nouvel An, le temple était décoré de nombreuses lanternes. Il y a tellement de choses à découvrir et à voir qu'on pourrait y passer une journée entière. C'était tout simplement génial ! Au retour, on peut aussi se faire déposer dans un centre Hawker à midi, au lieu de rentrer affamé à l'hôtel.
