ট্যুর গাইডের সাথে পিকআপের জন্য সহজ যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে এটি একটি অসাধারণ অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল। পরিদর্শন করা স্থানগুলি (পাহাড়ি রেলওয়ে সহ পেনাং হিল এবং কেক লক সি মন্দির) ছিল চিত্তাকর্ষক। বিশেষ করে নববর্ষের সময় মন্দিরটি অনেক লণ্ঠন দিয়ে সজ্জিত ছিল। এখানে এত কিছু আবিষ্কার করার এবং দেখার আছে যে কেউ পুরো দিনও কাটাতে পারে। এটি ছিল দারুণ! ফেরার পথে, ক্ষুধার্ত অবস্থায় হোটেলে ফিরে যাওয়ার পরিবর্তে দুপুরে একটি হকার সেন্টারে নেমে যাওয়া যেতে পারে।

For us the experience was fun ! 1 teacher to 4 of us….great for a 1 time thing… if you decide to add more designs on to the ring it comes with extra costs!! the studio looks aesthetic too…

excellent private tour. itinerary could be customised. covered many places by car. ate laksa, buns, curry puff, coconut, and msw durian. special mention to the wong durian house which is a must attraction for durian lovers. visited local hawker centre, penang hill (by vertical tram), and lotus hypermarket.

Made booking but operator did not have any info of the booking. only after going through the trouble of sending the receipt and booking details from klook to the operator's WhatsApp then they proceeded. So do make sure to send the booking details to operator via WhatsApp or email to get a confirmation. Alternatively, just purchase the tickets at their boot (slightly cheaper there). Other that booking issue, staff were friendly and the parasailing experience was fun!

Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍 Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!

Everything is good. It’s just that when we call for the luggage pick-up from the room. The call wasn’t pick up.

The room was big… the original setup had a king-size bed, then I brought along a queen-size air mattress. There was also a sofa in the room, and even with all that, there was still plenty of space — really satisfying. The bathroom was large too, with two sections: a regular shower and a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner were just in front of the hotel, within walking distance, with lots of choices. To get to Feringhi Bay, you could just walk along the beach for 5 minutes. The swimming pool was great as well. The only downside was that every time I used the hairdryer, the power would trip and cause a blackout. That’s the only issue.

এই হোটেলে আমাদের খুব আনন্দদায়ক অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে। সামগ্রিকভাবে, আমরা এই অভিজ্ঞতায় সন্তুষ্ট ছিলাম। হোটেলটি শিশুদের জন্য খুবই উপযুক্ত এবং আমাদের সন্তান এখানে থাকতে পেরে সত্যিই আনন্দ পেয়েছে। পরিবেশটি আরামদায়ক এবং পরিবারের জন্য উপযুক্ত ছিল। পরিবারের সাথে ছুটি কাটানোর জন্য এটি নিঃসন্দেহে একটি দারুণ জায়গা।
