After purchasing this activity on Klook, the Hong Kong Jockey Club sent a message containing a QR code for entry to the racecourse and GENSO, which was very convenient. Although you cannot choose your seats when buying tickets on Klook, the restaurant environment is spacious, allowing you to move around freely and go to the balcony to watch the horse races. You also receive a free drink voucher. The food portions are sufficient, there's no time limit for seating, and there are multiple photo opportunities on the third and fourth floors.

Reservamos cedo e conseguimos um lugar à janela, a vista era incrível e confortável. A comida estava ótima. Foi uma experiência divertida almoçar buffet com meus amigos aqui. O serviço é excelente. Eles são educados. É raro encontrar tanta atenção hoje em dia, exceto em restaurantes muito caros.

Recentemente, fui tomar chá duas vezes no Tsui Yuen, no New Town Plaza de Sha Tin. Os dim sum eram bons e, como vi uma oferta no Klook, comprei um cupão. Fui no dia 6 de junho, por volta das 10h30 da manhã, e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Embora tenhamos chegado cedo, arranjaram mesa rapidamente. No entanto, os dim sum desse dia foram muito desapontantes. Os fritos não estavam suficientemente quentes, pareciam estar ali há algum tempo. A massa estava seca e mole, nada crocante. Os bolinhos de camarão e os siu mai estavam ainda piores, pareciam dim sum congelados pré-confeccionados comprados no supermercado. Os siu mai também tinham muito MSG. Fiquei a pensar se os dim sum do Klook seriam pré-confeccionados. Perguntei ao empregado de mesa, que disse que a cozinha não faz distinção entre clientes do Klook e clientes normais, mas é muito estranho, os dim sum daquele dia não pareciam-se com os que costumamos comer. Ainda assim, os empregados do restaurante foram muito educados.

Had a great dining experience at Mak Noodle in Hong Kong! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and the service was good. The noodles were flavourful and satisfying. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a comforting local meal in Hong Kong. Would come back again!

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. Comida excelente e atendimento atencioso. Lagosta servida de forma contínua. Todos os pratos são muito bem preparados. A carne assada e as costeletas de cordeiro não são duras. O pato à Pequim e o pato assado são saborosos e aromáticos. Até as várias saladas são cuidadosamente combinadas, e o sashimi, o sushi e o "cart noodle" oferecem ingredientes surpreendentes. Os pratos quentes têm muita qualidade. As sobremesas são de primeira, com tanta variedade que é impossível provar tudo; os bolos são fofos, o creme é suave, o serradura pudding é impecável, e o bolo de morango e o bolo de castanha são de prova obrigatória. O gelado é Häagen-Dazs, com 4 sabores, além de panquecas feitas na hora, bolbos de waffle e pastéis de nata, sendo estes últimos os mais concorridos. É o sítio ideal para aniversários: há um pianista a tocar guitarra para vos cantar os parabéns, e o restaurante fornece adereços e um gerente para vos tirar fotografias e gravar vídeos. O bolo para as fotografias é um excelente mil-folhas de fruta para partilhar com os convidados.

We never leave disappointed when we eat here. Nowadays, quality buffets are about quality over quantity. Although they have never served oysters, their sashimi is a must-try, especially the large red shrimp (two per serving), scallops, and tuna, which are the best. The all-you-can-eat steak, lobster, and double-boiled soups are also must-haves. For desserts, the chocolate, egg waffles, Haagen-Dazs (both cups and ice cream bars), and various flavors of Movenpick are absolute musts. If you still have room, add a bowl of noodles in supreme broth, and try the grilled kani miso crab shell (different varieties are available during each time slot). Today, for the Mid-Autumn Festival, there was hot glutinous rice ball soup for dessert, and the cantaloupe was very sweet. Drinks are self-serve, including hot coffee and iced lemon tea, with an option to add $50 for unlimited apple juice, orange juice, and soft drinks (they used to have mango juice). Food was still being refilled even at 9:00 PM. Service: Plates were cleared constantly, water refilled promptly, and the staff was polite.
