After purchasing this activity on Klook, the Hong Kong Jockey Club sent a message containing a QR code for entry to the racecourse and GENSO, which was very convenient. Although you cannot choose your seats when buying tickets on Klook, the restaurant environment is spacious, allowing you to move around freely and go to the balcony to watch the horse races. You also receive a free drink voucher. The food portions are sufficient, there's no time limit for seating, and there are multiple photo opportunities on the third and fourth floors.

Most recently, I've been to Tsui Yuen Dim Sum at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice. The dim sum was quite good, so when I saw a Klook offer, I bought a coupon. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff was very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough, as if they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow and siu mai were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG taste. I wondered if the Klook dim sum was pre-made. I asked the server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners, but it was very strange; the dim sum that day wasn't like what I usually eat. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were very polite.

A legnagyobb meglepetést az jelentette, hogy a bár személyzete a helyszínen készített különleges italokat a vendégeknek, a szokásos kávé vagy tea mellett jeges Latte-t is tudtak készíteni jég és cukor nélkül, vagy coffee tonicot is, a barátok nagyon örültek, 12 órától 2:30-ig ettünk, lassan beszélgettünk és ettünk, remek hétvégi program, ajánlom mindenkinek, hogy próbálja ki!

It was a good value deal. Redemption was quick and the food was absolutely delicious!

I highly recommend The Astor at Eaton HK ✨ I specifically came to The Astor for their buffet lunch, and the overall experience can only be described as "extremely satisfying." From the location and service to the food quality, everything completely exceeded my expectations! Excellent and Convenient Location 📍 The restaurant is located in Eaton HK, which is very convenient. It's just a short walk from the bus stop or MTR station, making it incredibly accessible. The restaurant's overall design is very distinctive, blending a nostalgic, retro cinematic feel with modern, stylish comfort. The moment you step inside, you feel relaxed and happy. Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. This is definitely a dining experience that makes you want to return again. I highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate great food and excellent service!

Exceptional service and amazing food! First, regarding the service, the staff are friendly, polite, and proactive in looking after our needs: the steak cutter remembered that I wanted mine sliced thin; the noodle chef voluntarily offered to make an extra bowl; and the floor staff frequently checked in on the needs of the elderly and children! The food is nothing short of flawless, made-to-order and served fresh, with both savory and sweet options: baked scallops, soft-shell crab, durian crepes, molten lava cake... and no need to wait in line or rush for anything. There are also premium delicacies: fish maw steak, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, grilled crab legs, Japanese fruit platter... Other than being an incredible value and absolutely delicious, I can't think of any other words to describe it!

Great value for money and attentive service. Lobsters are supplied endlessly. Every dish is exceptionally well-prepared. Both the roast beef and the lamb chop end cuts are tender. The Peking duck and roast duck are rich in aroma and delicious. Even the various salads are meticulously paired, and the sashimi, sushi, and cart noodles all feature surprisingly high-quality ingredients. The hot dishes are of high quality. The desserts are top-notch, with too many varieties to try them all; the cakes are fluffy, the cream is soft, the sawdust pudding is flawless, and the strawberry cake and chestnut cake are absolute must-tries. The ice cream is Häagen-Dazs with four flavors, and there are freshly made pancakes, egg waffles, and Portuguese egg tarts, which are the most popular. It is a must-visit for birthdays, as there is a pianist and guitarist to sing you a birthday song, and the restaurant provides props while the manager helps take photos and videos. The cake used for photos is an exceptional fruit Napoleon for guests to share.
