What a wonderful trip! Our guide, Ogel, was incredibly conscientious, responsible, and friendly, picking us up bright and early. The driver, Darik, was an exceptionally talented photographer! He took so many amazing photos of me, from before sunrise until sunrise! I absolutely loved the feeling of standing in the back of the jeep, traversing volcanoes and forests!

The driver picked us up on time. When watching the sunrise, Leo, the driver who took us up the volcano, also professionally helped us take many beautiful photos. Although we didn't see the full sun rise, the sky at that moment was still very beautiful, and the black lava was also spectacular. We really enjoyed this trip. A small reminder: it's very cold when going up the mountain, so be sure to wear long sleeves and long pants. Also, the package we chose only provided tea and coffee, not breakfast, so you might want to bring some snacks for the road.

Acara ini sungguh luar biasa! Selain menyaksikan matahari terbit, kami juga menyertakan aktivitas menunggang kuda. Sopir kami, Artaguna, sangat bertanggung jawab dan memulai perjalanan kami pada pukul 2 pagi, membimbing kami dengan lancar sepanjang hari. Perjalanan mobilnya stabil dan nyaman, membuat seluruh pengalaman menyenangkan. Foto-foto matahari terbit terlihat sangat indah, dan pemilik kuda, Ariel dan Masun, melakukan pekerjaan yang fantastis dalam memimpin kuda-kuda. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa dan patut dipuji!

Safely arrived at Mt Batur. The first driver picked us up from the hotel at 2:30am and drove straight to Mt Batur checkpoint. Then we change to Jeep ride with an awesome driver, Mr. Dores, his really good at taking photos. He know how to use the camera settings and the night mode 🤣. The Jeep ride was smooth but dark, which added to the adventurous experience. I would highly recommend this package tour to anyone looking to do Mt Batur + Black Lava + ATV all in one day. We arrived back at the hotel at 1:40 PM.

Coach: Blacky is very experienced, I felt safe throughout the whole process. Safety: It was thrilling but safe, very interesting. Experience: I also met some witty and enthusiastic friends along the way, which was very enjoyable.

This was very fun. As 3 girls on a trip alone, our drivers and tour guides made us feel very comfortable and safe. They were Mr Dores and Deksu. They helped take many photos for us and were very kind and accommodating. They also took us to a hot spring and provided alternate suggestions due to rainy season. Great experience overall.

The rafting was amazing, the scenery is mesmerizing. You will enjoy every minute of the trip, and Captain Ali was the best.
