The Telaga Waja River is so much fun! It's very rapid, almost no need to paddle; the paddles are just for show. There aren't many sections where you can paddle. For 80% of the river, you just need to hold on tight. Our whole family had a blast. As long as you hold on properly, it's not dangerous. One boat has a coach with four people. You can put your change of clothes in the car and have the driver take them to the finish line. Just bring valuables (they'll be put in a waterproof bag). There will be a rest stop in the middle. Don't wear slippers because if you encounter fallen trees blocking the river, you'll have to get out and walk. However, after the trip, I calculated that it would actually be much cheaper to book a car through Klook and buy the Telaga Waja River tickets separately! The driver's service was excellent. Bali is truly a great country for travel.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable long day, from early morning until late at night, with our guide Gusti Eka. The two-and-a-half-hour rafting trip was a blast, with thrilling rapids and a relaxed downstream section, all thanks to our skilled rafting guide. Since you get completely soaked, if you're sensitive to cold, I recommend bringing a thin waterproof windbreaker for August rafting. After rafting, we took a quick shower and had a delicious lunch. Was it because we were hungry? It was a simple lunch, but it tasted great. On the way to Uluwatu Temple, we visited a Luwak coffee plantation, where we sampled various teas and coffees before enjoying a cup of Luwak coffee (purchased separately). Then we arrived at Uluwatu Temple. Our guide accompanied us, providing detailed explanations and taking photos at key spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the Kecak dance with the sunset over the Indian Ocean as a backdrop, falling from the cliffs in front of Uluwatu Temple. To avoid traffic, we took a shortcut to Jimbaran, which took about an hour. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for Jimbaran seafood, but it was one of the best meals I had during my Bali trip. Afterward, we returned to our accommodation. It was a long 14-15 hour itinerary, but thanks to Guide Gusti's thoughtful consideration, we were able to complete it safely and successfully. Is there another tour with such great value for money? This trip is highly recommended.

Amazing experience first time water rafting. Beautiful nature spots to be seen while rafting with plenty of breaks so that you won’t feel very tired to continue the activity. Kecak fire dance is a MUST watch if it’s your first time in Bali, plus the view at Uluwatu. Transfers from point to point was super smooth with a friendly driver who explained more about Balinese culture.

Telaga Waja rafting, the Monkey Temple with bats, and Tanah Lot sunset viewing created an adventurous and culturally rich day. The personalized touch from the driver, allowing flexibility and accommodating changes, added to the positive experience. The ability to explore alternate locations and extend stays, along with the convenient drop-off at our new hotel, made the tour even more enjoyable. Menikmati perjalanan arung jeram di Telaga Waja. Pemandangan hijau yang indah dengan banyak air terjun dan satwa liar. Kami sempat mencoba durian lokal di tempat peristirahatan dan makan siang sederhana disediakan. Matahari terbenam di Uluwatu sangat menakjubkan dan makan malam di Jimbaran lezat. Tur yang sangat bernilai!

Excellent! The driver was friendly, and a special shout-out to the captain on the boat – very responsible, with first-class boat handling skills. This river is truly thrilling, with very strong currents in many places. During our trip, a tourist from another boat fell into the water, and the captains from several boats immediately rushed to help. The rescue team appeared on the scene within 2-3 minutes, clearly paddling with all their might. Overall, it was exciting yet safe. After this, other rafting experiences will probably feel boring. If there's anything to improve, it's that there were staff taking photos at two points, but no one offered to sell them at the end, and we forgot about it, which is a bit of a shame. Also, be sure to pay attention to sun protection.

The rafting on the Telaga Waja River was moderately thrilling and incredibly enjoyable, lasting a long 2.5 hours. The scenery from the river was much more magnificent than Tegallalang Rice Terrace, which we visited in the afternoon, with the sounds of birds chirping and a wonderful natural environment. We saw someone fall out of a boat midway and a rescue team heading towards them, so it's probably best for small children who aren't very strong to be careful. We didn't expect much from lunch, but it was delicious. I remembered that the lunch from a different company on a short course a long time ago was terrible, so it was a pleasant surprise that this one was so good. The view of Kintamani was also very beautiful. Our guide was also excellent, adapting to our needs. A village famous for silver products was included at the end of the tour, but when we mentioned we weren't interested, they took us to a coffee plantation instead. We tried Luwak coffee for the first time and bought many souvenirs, so we were very satisfied.

This was a really, really long tour itinerary. After being picked up in the morning, we moved to go rafting, and the rafting course alone was 3 hours. Because of the extensive sun exposure, my thighs got severely sunburned, and I suffered for about two days. I recommend applying a lot of sunscreen or wearing a full-body swimsuit or clothes that can cover your entire body. The descent was really fun, and there were many waterfalls along the way. They even stopped briefly at some of them to take pictures for us. There's an option to pay an additional fee for professional photos taken at various spots, which I recommend if you want to keep photo memories. After rafting, we moved to a place to shower and change clothes, and then they provided lunch. It was a buffet, so we could eat as much as we wanted, and the food was delicious. After finishing our meal, we traveled for a long time to the southern part and went to Padang Padang Beach. It was so incredibly hot there that we just took pictures and left. Next, we moved to Uluwatu Temple. The guide warned us that the monkeys are aggressive and good at stealing things, so he strongly advised us to keep an eye on our belongings and stayed with us to look after them. He also took great photos for us at good spots, while keeping an eye on the monkeys. We enjoyed the Kecak Dance, sitting in seats specifically designated by the guide. Following his advice, we only watched the last scene and left before the crowd rushed out. Finally, we moved to Jimbaran, enjoyed the seafood set, coconut, and water provided, and concluded the itinerary. They safely drove us back to Ubud, and when I mentioned needing to stop at a supermarket, they kindly made a brief stop before reaching the accommodation so I could buy what I needed. Thus, we completed a very satisfying itinerary. The guide's name was Naya. Although the itinerary was long, it was due to travel time, and each visited location was so well-organized and packed with activities that it felt like a perfectly curated tour. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience but we probably chose the wrong timing. We were there in mid March when it was the raining season. Unfortunately, our raft capsized and due to the strong water current, my husband, my 10 year old son and I drifted for a bit down the rocky river and we were injured. But the guides were very helpful in helping us back on the raft to continue our journey. It was quite a long ride. If you're a first timer, I would recommend doing the Ayung White instead of the Telaja Waja as the latter is more challenging. Apart from the little rafting accident, everything was great! We truly enjoyed the Uluwatu experience where we saw the most amazing sunset and the Kecak Dance performance. The night ended with a memorable seafood dinner by the beach.

I did this tour with the Kintamani tour. Aldo, who was both our driver and tour guide, was very kind and punctual. I didn't really want to go to Celuk Village, but he offered to change the itinerary first, so we changed it to go to a Luwak coffee farm instead. I highly recommend Aldo! He drove very smoothly, and it was very comfortable! Thanks to Aldo, I had a pleasant trip to Ubud. There's an additional charge of 300K for photos when you go rafting. It was quite expensive, so I thought it would include printing, but they just took pictures. I thought there would be photo spots along the way, but there weren't any. They just took a few shots at the company before we started, wearing life jackets, then a few shots when we got on the boat, and a few more at the main spot where it drops, and that was it. They give you a Google Drive link, but you even have to click and download each photo individually. It seems more expensive than getting photos taken at Korean tourist attractions...
