⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ J'ai vécu une expérience incroyable avec Beno à Bali. Je voyageais seule, mais j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'une visite privée – confortable, attentionnée et jamais précipitée. Beno m'a emmenée faire de la plongée avec tuba, puis m'a conduite à des cascades incroyables où les vues étaient absolument époustouflantes, et m'a également aidée à me sentir en confiance. Ce qui m'a vraiment touchée, c'est la façon dont il m'a traitée comme si je n'étais pas seule. Je me sentais très triste pendant la journée, mais Beno ne m'a jamais laissée me sentir seule – sa gentillesse et son attention à mon confort ont maintenu mon moral. Même quand je ne passais pas la meilleure journée, mon sourire ne s'est jamais effacé. Il m'a également recommandé un endroit pour mon tout premier tatouage, et tout m'a semblé digne de confiance et bien pris en charge. Si vous voulez un guide qui est non seulement compétent et professionnel, mais aussi sincèrement attentionné, je recommande vivement Beno. Merci encore d'avoir rendu mon voyage à Bali inoubliable.

Great experience! Right after paying on Klook, we immediately received a WhatsApp confirmation message from the activity organizer regarding the pickup location and time. The day before the activity, Boby, our lovely driver, WhatsApped us to confirm the location with a picture of our hotel attached to his message. Boby was friendly, polite, and punctual. He arrived early to pick us up. Boby was skilled, drove smoothly, and told us more about Bali during the trips. We were offered our snorkeling gear and headed out to the sites right away. The boat captain looked after us the whole time. He explained the safe snorkeling area to us, making sure we wouldn't be pushed to the shore by waves. We saw beautiful fish and corals, even sighted a sea turtle, which made us very happy. The water temperature was 26 degrees C, a bit chilly for us, but pleasant. We spent a reasonable amount of time in the water and headed back to shore where we had a simple wash-up and changed back into dry clothes. After a simple but nice lunch, Boby drove us straight back to the hotel.

This was my first guided tour! We were taken to the horses, and then we had a beach ride. Gorgeous photos and videos were guaranteed! The ride itself lasted 45–50 minutes. After that, we were taken to a waterfall, where we had the option to choose one of two. We picked the one that wasn't as crowded and had a shorter line. Our guide, who was also our driver, took pictures of us at every scenic spot—the shots turned out absolutely magnificent! Afterward, we stopped at a coffee plantation. The tasting was free, and there's a shop at the exit where you can buy any tea or coffee you liked. Herry is the best guide and driver, in my opinion! The car was perfectly clean, he played any music we wanted, and he accompanied us from the beginning to the end of the entire trip. A huge thank you to him for such a wonderful time!

We booked a private transfer for two. It seems they always give 2 pick up time options due to traffic and peak season. Since we are not early risers, we stick to 8am pick up from our hotel in Jimbaran. The snorkeling was on a shared boat with a pro guide—we fed the fish in the water, saw Nemo hiding in the corals and a small manta ray at Tanjung Jepun! Afterwards, we used the standard public showers and our guide unexpectedly provided us towels which was nice. After lunch, Andre drove us to a lovely, clean coffee plantation in the cool highlands - tried 15 drinks! Finally, he accompanied us to the shuttle bus, tickets, and lines at the Gate of Heaven, we hardly had to wait! We passed our hp to the staff and he took amazing photos of us! Just 50m walk uphill there's also a Bali swing place and dress rentals. Our day was totally relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. Thank you and 5 stars to our guide, Andre!

This time, I met Oza, who was both our driver and guide. His excellent driving skills allowed me to sleep and wake up peacefully throughout the journey. In the morning, we went snorkeling at two spots in the Blue Lagoon, where we were given two bottles of mineral water. After snorkeling, we enjoyed a leisurely lunch at a cafe, then visited the Tirta Gangga Royal Water Garden, and finally Ujung Water Palace, a luxurious resort for royalty and nobility. This itinerary is perfect for those who want to enjoy water activities and visit attractions, killing two birds with one stone. Oza said, "UP TO YOU!" which made me feel completely stress-free and able to be myself. I decided how long we would stay at each place, making it very casual and relaxed, which I loved. During the long drive, I slept, sang, and sat cross-legged. Oza allowed me to fully relax and enjoy everything. I was so happy and lucky to have met Oza.

Instructor: So glad we asked! They were very kind and taught us carefully, even pulling us, who couldn't swim, with a float. They also took photos with our phones in waterproof cases, so we have lasting memories. [Bringing your own phone is optional] Experience: We were two women who couldn't swim. We wore life jackets and held onto a float while snorkeling. They made sure fish gathered right in front of us with bait. They also carefully taught us how to use the equipment, so even beginners felt at ease. I took motion sickness medication, but I felt a little nauseous towards the end, so the duration of the experience was just right. Warm french fries after the shower really hit the spot. It was truly a perfect experience. We're glad we participated.

Yuda, the best instructor, is very responsible and teaches exceptionally well! He made me experience the joy of diving, and I hope to come back here to learn again next time. I also met some wonderful companions here! ✌️
