⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience with Beno in Bali. I was traveling alone, but it truly felt like a private tour—comfortable, caring, and never rushed. Beno drove me to snorkelling, then took me to amazing waterfalls where the views were absolutely breathtaking, also helped me feel confident. What really touched me was how he treated me like I wasn’t alone. I was feeling super sad during the day, but Beno never made me feel lonely—his kindness and attention to my comfort kept my mood up. Even when I wasn’t having the best day, my smile never went away. He also recommended a place for my very first tattoo, and everything felt trustworthy and well taken care of. If you want a guide who is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely thoughtful, I highly recommend Beno. Thank you again for making my Bali trip unforgettable.

This was my first guided tour! We were taken to the horses, and then we had a beach ride. Gorgeous photos and videos were guaranteed! The ride itself lasted 45–50 minutes. After that, we were taken to a waterfall, where we had the option to choose one of two. We picked the one that wasn't as crowded and had a shorter line. Our guide, who was also our driver, took pictures of us at every scenic spot—the shots turned out absolutely magnificent! Afterward, we stopped at a coffee plantation. The tasting was free, and there's a shop at the exit where you can buy any tea or coffee you liked. Herry is the best guide and driver, in my opinion! The car was perfectly clean, he played any music we wanted, and he accompanied us from the beginning to the end of the entire trip. A huge thank you to him for such a wonderful time!

Great experience! right after paying in Klook, we already received WhatsApp confirmation message from the activity organiser about pickup place n time. Day before the activity, Boby our lovely driver had WhatsApp us to confirm the place with our hotel picture attached in his message. Boby was friendly, polite and punctual. He was early when picking us up. Boby was skillful, driving smoothly and told us more about Bali along the trips. We were offered our snorkling gear and headed out to the sites right away. the boat captain had looked after us the whole time. he explained to us the area for safe snorkelling, making sure we would not be pushed to the shore by waves. we saw beautiful fishes and corals, even sighted a sea turtle, so happy. water temp was 26 degree C, a bit chill for us, but pleasant. we did a reasonable time in the water and headed back to shore where we had simple wash up and changed back to dry clothes. a simple but nice lunch, and Boby drove us straight back to hotel.

This time, I met Oza, who was both my driver and tour guide. His excellent driving skills allowed me to relax and doze off throughout the journey. In the morning, we first went snorkeling at two spots in the Blue Lagoon, and we were given two bottles of mineral water. After snorkeling, we enjoyed a leisurely lunch at a cafe, then visited the Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and finally Ujung Water Palace, seeing the luxurious holiday retreat of royalty and nobility. This itinerary is perfect for those who want to enjoy water activities and visit attractions—killing two birds with one stone. Oza said, "UP TO YOU!" which made me feel completely stress-free and able to be myself. I decided how long we would stay at each place, making it very casual and relaxed, which I really liked. During the long drive, I slept, sang, and sat cross-legged; Oza allowed me to fully relax and enjoy everything. I was so happy and lucky to have met Oza.

We booked a private transfer for two. It seems they always give 2 pick up time options due to traffic and peak season. Since we are not early risers, we stick to 8am pick up from our hotel in Jimbaran. The snorkeling was on a shared boat with a pro guide—we fed the fish in the water, saw Nemo hiding in the corals and a small manta ray at Tanjung Jepun! Afterwards, we used the standard public showers and our guide unexpectedly provided us towels which was nice. After lunch, Andre drove us to a lovely, clean coffee plantation in the cool highlands - tried 15 drinks! Finally, he accompanied us to the shuttle bus, tickets, and lines at the Gate of Heaven, we hardly had to wait! We passed our hp to the staff and he took amazing photos of us! Just 50m walk uphill there's also a Bali swing place and dress rentals. ​Our day was totally relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. Thank you and 5 stars to our guide, Andre! ​

Instructor: We're so glad we asked! They were very kind and taught us carefully, even pulling us, who couldn't swim, with a float. They also took photos with our phones in waterproof cases, so we have lasting memories. [Bringing your phone is optional] Experience: We were two women who couldn't swim. We wore life vests and held onto a float while snorkeling. They even made fish gather right in front of us with bait. They also carefully taught us how to use the equipment, so even beginners felt at ease. I took motion sickness medication, but I started to feel a little nauseous towards the end, so the duration of the experience was just right. After the shower, the warm french fries really hit the spot. It was truly the perfect experience. We're so glad we participated.

Yuda, the best instructor, is very responsible and teaches exceptionally well! He made me experience the joy of diving, and I hope to come back here to learn again next time. I also met some wonderful companions here! ✌️
