I had the best time. I got to meet different kinds of people from all over the world. Our guide Kadek was so kind and gave us tips and was really looking out for us. He even helped take our photos. We had enough time to explore while learning about the culture. Definitely booking again.

Beno m'a emmenée faire de la plongée avec tuba, puis m'a conduite à des cascades incroyables où les vues étaient absolument époustouflantes, et m'a également aidée à me sentir en confiance. Ce qui m'a vraiment touchée, c'est la façon dont il m'a traitée comme si je n'étais pas seule. Je me sentais très triste pendant la journée, mais Beno ne m'a jamais laissée me sentir seule – sa gentillesse et son attention à mon confort ont maintenu mon moral. Même quand je ne passais pas la meilleure journée, mon sourire ne s'est jamais effacé. Il m'a également recommandé un endroit pour mon tout premier tatouage, et tout m'a semblé digne de confiance et bien pris en charge. Si vous voulez un guide qui est non seulement compétent et professionnel, mais aussi sincèrement attentionné, je recommande vivement Beno. Merci encore d'avoir rendu mon voyage à Bali inoubliable.

I truly enjoyed every minute of this tour and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My tour guide and photographer, Kadek, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He had a very well-planned itinerary that allowed us to see and experience so much without ever feeling rushed. Kadek was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the culture, history, traditions, and the places we visited. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire tour. I also really appreciated how he took the time to capture so many great photos and made sure I had memorable pictures to take home with me. I highly recommend booking a tour with Kadek if you’re visiting Bali. He went above and beyond to make the day special. I’ll be recommending him to my friends, family, and coworkers. This time, I met Oza, who was both our driver and guide. His excellent driving skills allowed me to sleep and wake up peacefully throughout the journey. In the morning, we went snorkeling at two spots in the Blue Lagoon, where we were given two bottles of mineral water. After snorkeling, we enjoyed a leisurely lunch at a cafe, then visited the Tirta Gangga Royal Water Garden, and finally Ujung Water Palace, a luxurious resort for royalty and nobility. This itinerary is perfect for those who want to enjoy water activities and visit attractions, killing two birds with one stone. Oza said, "UP TO YOU!" which made me feel completely stress-free and able to be myself. I decided how long we would stay at each place, making it very casual and relaxed, which I loved. During the long drive, I slept, sang, and sat cross-legged. Oza allowed me to fully relax and enjoy everything. I was so happy and lucky to have met Oza.

Today we finished our 5-day tour with our guide, Agus. He took care of us for these days and advised us on where to go. The places we visited were incredible, and the food included in the package was also very tasty. If you book the tour, definitely ask for Agus to be your guide.

We booked Package A, it is a good deal since it already includes a guide and car ride. Our driver is Made Suni, he is friendly and chatty. He took us to some other places (Batik making, jewelry making, coffee plantation) on top of the itinerary mentioned in klook. He also sent us a copy of the actual itinerary in the morning before we started which was really helpful. Overall a good experience. Thank you!

J'ai réservé la visite partagée avec prise en charge et dépose à l'hôtel en tant que voyageur solo. Bien que l'itinéraire indiquait spécifiquement une visite guidée de l'épave du Liberty à 10h, l'opérateur local a ensuite précisé qu'il n'y avait pas de guide de snorkeling car je n'avais pas choisi l'option avec tuba. Cela m'a déconcerté car les options avec et sans tuba montraient toutes deux une visite guidée de l'épave, il n'y avait aucune mention nulle part de la présence/absence d'un guide de snorkeling, et la seule différence dans les itinéraires entre les deux était la location d'équipement, dont je n'ai pas besoin car j'ai déjà apporté le mien. En bref, il y a une marge d'amélioration significative dans l'annonce. J'avais renoncé à faire du snorkeling car il n'est pas sûr de pratiquer des sports nautiques seul et dans un endroit inconnu. Heureusement, le chauffeur Sarbuja a sauvé la situation en recherchant activement un guide de snorkeling local pour m'emmener, moyennant des frais, sur le site de l'épave. Sarbuja est également très bien informé sur la culture balinaise et j'ai apprécié les discussions avec lui. Je recommande vivement Sarbuja.
