⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience with Beno in Bali. I was traveling alone, but it truly felt like a private tour—comfortable, caring, and never rushed. Beno drove me to snorkelling, then took me to amazing waterfalls where the views were absolutely breathtaking, also helped me feel confident. What really touched me was how he treated me like I wasn’t alone. I was feeling super sad during the day, but Beno never made me feel lonely—his kindness and attention to my comfort kept my mood up. Even when I wasn’t having the best day, my smile never went away. He also recommended a place for my very first tattoo, and everything felt trustworthy and well taken care of. l had the best time. l got to meet different king of from all over the world. our guide Kadek was so kind and gave us tips and was really looking out for us. he even help take are photos. we had enough time to explore while learning about the culture. definitely booking again

This is genuinely my own money spent, and although I booked with half worry and half anticipation, it was so wonderful and satisfying that I'm leaving a review to help others! Since it was my first time snorkeling and I heard the Blue Lagoon is great for beginners, I looked around and checked reviews on Klook before choosing this one! Today's driver in charge was 'Tequila,' and if I come back or if my acquaintances go, I will definitely recommend him right away! Throughout the trip, he asked if we needed anything, told us to close our eyes and rest if we were tired, even kindly trying to recline the seat for us when we stopped the car (I actually slept because I was sleep-deprived), and paid such close attention to details like the air conditioning temperature and how our meal was, which completely washed away all my worries!! Haha. Snorkeling was so much fun that time flew by, and we also had a meal where the restaurant staff were very friendly, making it such a happy moment! The Nasi Goreng is ridiculously delicious haha. I would like to sincerely thank driver Tequila once again for creating such precious memories, and I look forward to meeting him again someday ☺️

Private tour with Wayan. Excellent trip planning, I went to all famous spot without a long queue, and also took lots of nice photos for me. Worthy to join! Warmly reminder if you decide to go to the waterfall, please wear the sports shoes~

Today we have finished our 5 day tour with the guide Agus. He took care about us for these days, advised us there to go. The places we visited were incredible, food included into the package was also very tasty. if you will book the tour - definitely ask Agus to be your guide.

We booked Package A, it is a good deal since it already includes a guide and car ride. Our driver is Made Suni, he is friendly and chatty. He took us to some other places (Batik making, jewelry making, coffee plantation) on top of the itinerary mentioned in klook. He also sent us a copy of the actual itinerary in the morning before we started which was really helpful. Overall a good experience. Thank you!

Ordered the shared tour with hotel pick up/drop off as a solo traveller. While the itinerary specifically indicated guided tour to Liberty Wreck at 10am, the local operator later clarified that there is no snorkeling guide as I didn't choose the option with snorkel. It baffled me because both the snorkel and no snorkel options show guided tour to the wreck, there was no mention anywhere about the presence/lack of snorkeling guide, and the only difference in the itineraries between the two was the equipment rental, which I don't need as I already brought mine. In short, there is significant room for improvement in the listing. I had given up on snorkeling as it is not safe to do watersports alone and at an unfamiliar place. Thankfully the driver Sarbuja saved the day by actively sourcing for a local snorkeling guide to bring me at a fee to the shipwreck site. Sarbuja is also very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and I enjoyed the chats with him. Highly recommend Sarbuja.
