Our trip was amazing. Our private driver Andy was exceptional. Andy made our trip memorable. He was patient with us, took time to thoroughly explain Balinese culture. When we got to the attractions, we were treated like VIPs. Everything was easy. He helped carry our bags and is best at taking beautiful photos. He walked with us to the monkey forest's best spots for perfect pictures. The sunset at Tanah Lot and Uluwatu Temple was breathtaking. Andy helped us secure the best seating positions at the Kecak dance. The food at Warung restaurant and the restaurant in Uluwatu was scrumptious, with the best sunset view as well. Andy allowed us to make quick stops in between traveling to ATMs and convenience stores. We felt at home and safe. I would highly recommend Andy. Oh, and he is a good driver as well. Please book with Andy; you would not want anyone else.

We had a fantastic time on the Bali Instagram Tour. The views at every stop were beautiful, but our tour guide/driver really made the experience. He was an excellent, safe driver who navigated the crazy Bali traffic smoothly, keeping us comfortable the whole day. Plus, he knew all the secret spots, best lighting, and photo angles to get great shots without making us feel rushed. It was a fun, easygoing day out, and we came home with amazing photos. Definitely recommend booking this!

This was a very well planned trip and our driver “Puti” was very kind , enthusiastic and punctual . We enjoyed this road trip from Kuta and back witnessing different landscapes in Bali. I highly recommend this trip.

I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. Hands down the best island tour in Bali, big thanks to ADEN & JENA! Adam’s photography is fantastic. He picked great angles for cliffs and sunsets, and took beautiful couple shots for our birthday trip. We love all the precious photos he captured. Jena gave very professional snorkeling guidance. He explained safety rules clearly, checked our gear carefully, and escorted us in the water to swim safely with manta rays. The luxury yacht trip was wonderful. All entrance fees, snorkeling gear, meals and insurance are covered. The extra hidden sunset viewpoint gave amazing views. Transfers were on time and everything was well arranged. Our Mt. Batur jeep tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Everything was perfectly organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver, Oman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire journey.On top of being a fantastic driver, Oman is an amazing photographer! He knew all the best angles and spots to capture the perfect sunrise shots, leaving us with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. If you are planning a trip to Mt. Batur, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Oman!

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

The local supplier was punctual, picking us up at 11:00 AM from the hotel to take us to a cabin near the volcano for an overnight stay. After a brief itinerary introduction, we checked into the cabin, which was quite clean and had a very good environment. On the first morning, after breakfast at 7:00 AM, we departed by car. The local guide did not proactively offer to take photos with us throughout the trip, and rarely looked after us along the way. Some of us with weaker physical stamina had to manage on our own. We observed other groups nearby who were offering assistance to their members. Furthermore, our camping equipment was quite poor; there were no tables or chairs! No table for dinner! No chairs to enjoy the sunset views! However, we saw other teams had arrangements for chairs and tables, which was very disappointing for us. Nevertheless, we were very happy to successfully reach the summit!
