We had an awesome time on the Furano Biei tour with Jenny! She was super organized and messaged us the day before with a helpful checklist of what to bring. During the tour, she shared really cool historical facts at every stop without making it boring. Plus, her food recommendations were spot on—she knew exactly what local specialties to try and where to get them for the best price. Highly recommend her!

Traveling to Hokkaido independently and joining a Klook tour is incredibly convenient. On June 19th, our guide, Mr. HIKARU, not only notified us the day before but also led the tour exceptionally well. He provided explanations in Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it suitable for participants from various countries. He introduced us to Biei, Furano, the Blue Pond, and Farm Tomita. When it unexpectedly rained in the afternoon at Farm Tomita, and we didn't have umbrellas, the guide even personally escorted each of us back to the car. He is truly an excellent guide with rich travel experience. A fantastic guide indeed.

It was a well-organized tour with sufficient time to explore every attraction. Our guide, Hikaru, was friendly, funny, and kept the energy high the whole day. The lavender fields at Shikisai no Oka were stunning and a total highlight. Also, you have to try the ramen and melon ice cream at Herb Garden - it was absolutely delicious! Overall, the tour offered great value for money considering all the attractions we visited. The only bummer was that Farm Tomita was closed on the day of our visit, so there weren't many flowers to check out there. We still had a great time and highly recommend it.

We had been looking forward to our trip to Asahiyama Zoo for a long time, and we finally got to go! The weather was exceptionally good that day, with clear blue skies! We saw adorable little penguins and bought lots of cute merchandise at the zoo shop. We loved it so much! Shirohige Waterfall and Shirogane Blue Pond were also incredibly beautiful; we had such a wonderful time! Our tour guide, Xiao Zhang, worked so hard, constantly introducing things to us in Chinese, English, and Japanese, all while driving. It really wasn't easy. Guide Zhang is humorous, witty, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, and we are all very grateful to you! Boss, did you see this? Give this kid a raise!

This one-day tour was excellent value, allowing us to visit 5 places in one day, and the final Fairy Tale Terrace was absolutely charming. Our guide, Hikaru, was very friendly and humorous, providing clear and vivid introductions to the characteristics and注意事项 of each attraction. The only minor point was that there weren't many flowers in Biei, but overall, the entire trip was perfect.
