Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Everything went smoothly, and we had an amazing time exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful scenery. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

Εξαιρετική εκδρομή, επισκεφτήκαμε πολλά μέρη. Ήμασταν μόνο 4 άτομα και χρησιμοποιήθηκε μικρό αυτοκίνητο, τύπου Alphard, σαν να ήταν ιδιωτική ξενάγηση. Ο οδηγός ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός, επικοινωνιακός, ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός. Πήγαμε παντού και μάλιστα μας πρόσθεσαν επίσκεψη στη φάρμα Tomita και στον Βοτανικό Κήπο (Herb Garden). Ο χρόνος στις στάσεις ήταν ιδανικός, ο καιρός πολύ καλός. Όλα πήγαν ομαλά και άνετα, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Highly recommend tour guide Hikaru! The entire day's itinerary was well-paced and thoughtful, with engaging and humorous commentary on the bus. The tour group consisted of people from various countries, and he patiently explained everything in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. From the Ningle Terrace, Shikisai-no-Oka, and the Lone Christmas Tree, all the way to the Shirahige Waterfall and the magically illuminated Shirogane Blue Pond, the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. Having Hikaru lead the tour made it both worry-free and thoroughly enjoyable. A five-star recommendation with high praise!

Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

Η εκδρομή ήταν εξαιρετική και το καλύτερο είναι ότι ο ξεναγός μας, ο Andy, κατάφερε να μας γλιτώσει από τις μεγάλες ουρές στο μεσημεριανό γεύμα και σε άλλα αξιοθέατα, επειδή ο συγχρονισμός του ήταν τέλειος. Τα μέρη που επισκεφτήκαμε είναι όλα όμορφα, προσθέτοντας σε αυτό ότι ο ουρανός ήταν καθαρός. ΣΥΝΙΣΤΑΤΑΙ ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ να το κάνετε όσο βρίσκεστε στο Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

experienced snow for october. and the temperature dropped 1.5 degrees, layered clothing is advisable. easy to find both the tour guide and bus. cissy can speak 3 languages 🫡English, Mandarin, and Japanese. our driver was fantastic. the places are awesome when covered with snow. to be better -a little information such as feeding time of the animals can be added

The itinerary was very smooth! The two meeting points in Sapporo were convenient, two hours at Asahiyama Zoo was just right for a leisurely stroll, we checked off the Shirahige Waterfall and Shirogane Blue Pond along the way, the Ningle Terrace was truly stunning, and the drop-off time wasn't too late either. Very satisfied!

Ένα αξέχαστο ταξίδι! Ο οδηγός μας, ο Hong, είχε απίστευτες γνώσεις για το Χοκάιντο και τον πολιτισμό των Αϊνού, και οι πολυγλωσσικές του δεξιότητες ήταν εντυπωσιακές. Το πρόγραμμα ήταν άψογο και καλά οργανωμένο. Η Μπλε Λίμνη, το Shikisai-no-Oka και το Farm Tomita ήταν τα απόλυτα σημεία αναφοράς. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Kudos to Ms. Tracy (tour guide) and our driver for Nov 2, 2026 tour. Ms. Tracy is the kindest, most accommodating guide I Have encountered using klook. Our driver is also superb very smooth driving. This tour is value for money considering the number of places we’ve been through. I suggest though you bring your own snacks etc since you wont ne able to eat at a resto due to time constraint.
