The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

Decided to go with Klook for this full day tour to the Asahiyama zoo, patchwork road(Ken & Mary tree), Blue pond, waterfall and elves village.. was pretty fulfilling but its a bit rushed no doubt. But we get to experience the beauty of the blue pond and waterfall w/o worrying about the transport. Guide was pretty friendly and was our photographer for the group pics! Totally would recommend this to all 1st timers in Hokkaido!

Prohlídka byla vynikající a nejlepší na tom je, že náš průvodce Andy nás dokázal dostat pryč od dlouhých front na oběd a k dalším atrakcím, protože měl perfektní načasování. Místa, která jsme navíc navštívili, byla nádherná a k tomu bylo jasné nebe. VŘELE DOPORUČUJI absolvovat, když budete na Hokkaidu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

experienced snow for october. and the temperature dropped 1.5 degrees, layered clothing is advisable. easy to find both the tour guide and bus. cissy can speak 3 languages 🫡English, Mandarin, and Japanese. our driver was fantastic. the places are awesome when covered with snow. to be better -a little information such as feeding time of the animals can be added

The itinerary was very smooth! The two meeting points in Sapporo were convenient, two hours at Asahiyama Zoo was just right for a leisurely stroll, we checked off the Shirahige Waterfall and Shirogane Blue Pond along the way, the Ningle Terrace was truly stunning, and the drop-off time wasn't too late either. Very satisfied!

Nezapomenutelný výlet! Náš průvodce Hong měl neuvěřitelné znalosti o Hokkaidu a kultuře Ainu a jeho vícejazyčné dovednosti byly působivé. Itinerář byl bezproblémový a dobře organizovaný. Modré jezero, Shikisai-no-Oka a Farma Tomita byly naprostými vrcholy. Vřele doporučujeme!

Kudos to Ms. Tracy (tour guide) and our driver for Nov 2, 2026 tour. Ms. Tracy is the kindest, most accommodating guide I Have encountered using klook. Our driver is also superb very smooth driving. This tour is value for money considering the number of places we’ve been through. I suggest though you bring your own snacks etc since you wont ne able to eat at a resto due to time constraint.
