We are so grateful to have 柳生导游 as our guide! She really went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more. What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience! Určitě se vyplatí koupit! Využili jsme ho na TV věži, hoře Moiwa a v Onsen. Skvělá nabídka vzhledem k individuálním cenám. Nicméně bych navrhoval, aby nabízel i neomezenou dopravu (stejně jako Osaka Amazing Pass) a více bezplatných zařízení. Přesto jsme spokojeni! Děkujeme!

This trip took place in early autumn, and I feel this route is best visited in late autumn when the leaves turn orange, or in early winter when it starts to snow. The scenery would be amazing at those times. This is a long, scenic route that would be even more beautiful in the winter.

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

Our tour with Ms. Lee was fantastic! She is an incredibly kind and attentive guide who did a wonderful job showing us around. We really enjoy a small group outing like this, and having just eight people made the experience feel highly personalized. Ms. Lee made sure every single one of us was perfectly looked after, and we couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Měli jsme se skvěle na naší soukromé prohlídce s naším řidičem 维钢. Jeho dodávka byla pohodlná a čistá. Cena, kterou jsme zaplatili, byla vyšší ve srovnání s jinými operátory, ale byla to rezervace na poslední chvíli a jsme rádi, že byla stále k dispozici dodávka a řidič, který se o nás postaral. Děkujeme. Jen tak dál s vynikajícími službami.

Beautiful places and sceneries. Enjoyed much the zoo with our little one.

The tour was excellent and the best thing is our tour guide, Andy was able to escape us from long queue on lunch and other attractions because his timing was perfect. The places we visited are all beautiful adding in that the sky was clear. VERY WELL RECOMMENDED to do while you are in Hokkaido. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nejprve bych chtěl dát sto palců nahoru průvodkyni Sunny. Mluví plynně anglicky a standardní čínštinou, nikdy nepůsobí unaveně ze své práce, vždy odpoví na každou otázku a neustále se usmívá – je prostě skvělá. Řidič je velmi zdvořilý, vždy nás pozdravil při nastupování a vystupování, což je jeden z důvodů, proč mám rád Japonsko. Jednodenní výlet byl sice uspěchaný, ale i tak jsme viděli krásné scenérie. Sunny nám také představila seznam doporučených restaurací, což bylo velmi ohleduplné a získala další plusové body. Děkuji Klooku.
