I bought it with a discount, and it almost paid for itself after visiting Mt. Moiwa and the aquarium. Plus, I can go to the hot springs, which is a great deal.

We had been looking forward to our trip to Asahiyama Zoo for a long time, and we finally got to go! The weather was exceptionally good that day, with clear blue skies! We saw adorable little penguins and bought lots of cute merchandise at the zoo shop. We loved it so much! Shirohige Waterfall and Shirogane Blue Pond were also incredibly beautiful; we had such a wonderful time! Our tour guide, Xiao Zhang, worked so hard, constantly introducing things to us in Chinese, English, and Japanese, all while driving. It really wasn't easy. Guide Zhang is humorous, witty, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, and we are all very grateful to you! Boss, did you see this? Give this kid a raise!

Although there were only three of us, Kobayashi was very responsible and thorough. His explanations were clear, and he adjusted to our schedule. The overall trip was very smooth. Asahiyama Zoo is highly recommended; the penguins were incredibly cute! You can watch them for half an hour! The Blue Pond in summer is truly blue! It's beautiful, and Shirogane Falls is also very pretty! The 15 log cabins at the Elf Forest were a bit uninteresting though.

First, a hundred likes to tour guide Sunny! Fluent in English, standard Chinese, never seems to tire of her job, always answers questions, and always has a smile on her face – she's great. The driver was very polite, always greeting us when we got on and off the bus, which is one of the reasons I love Japan. Although the one-day tour was a bit rushed, we still saw beautiful sights. Sunny also shared her list of recommended local eateries with everyone, which was another thoughtful bonus. Thank you, Klook!

Sehr aufmerksamer und engagierter Reiseleiter/Fahrer. Bequemes Fahrzeug während der Tour und ein sicherer Fahrer. Würde definitiv gerne an einer weiteren Tour teilnehmen.

Our tour guide, Rita, is really excellent. She is very accommodating, good at English, and most of all, she gives a lot of advice on where to eat, what to buy, and where to go.
