We had a great experience with Bek as our driver. He was very accommodating to our requests and was happy to follow our customized itinerary instead of a fixed tour route. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of the day with about a one-hour delay because our original driver became unwell and had to be replaced. While it was an inconvenience, Bek handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of the trip went smoothly. Our route was exactly as we had planned: from the hotel to Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, Shiraito Falls, and finally Shibuya. Bek drove safely, was punctual at each stop, and gave us the flexibility to enjoy each location at our own pace. Overall, despite the initial delay, we were very satisfied with the service. Bek’s friendly attitude, flexibility, and professionalism made the trip enjoyable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating driver in the Mt. Fuji area

Our tour guide Carl Ma is a caring and helpful guide. He attends to our needs during the tour. We had a pleasant and enjoyable tour with him. A big thumbs up to him.

Our guide, Taka, was spectacular. He was friendly and approachable, explained so many things about Japan to us, and even helped us with our next destination. A perfect 10 for him and for Klook!

We had an amazing time on the Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, and a huge thank you to our tour guide, Captain Jack, for making the whole trip so enjoyable! He was with us throughout the entire journey, making sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and knew what was happening at each stop. We visited beautiful Hakone, went to the volcanic area where we tried the famous black eggs, enjoyed the scenery around Lake Yamanaka, and even got to feed the ducks. We also had a delicious Japanese eel meal, which was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Captain Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Having him with us for the entire trip made everything feel easy and relaxed. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Captain Jack as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were lucky with the day as it was possible to see Mount Fuji completely and from various locations. Mandy gave us all the information about the places we passed through and the best tips to make the most of them. She was also very thoughtful in offering to take photos with our phones, with good framing for the lakes and Mount Fuji.

Mandy was so kind and sweet the whole time! I would rebook just for her! She was informative, helpful, and more! I wasn't sure where to book when I was looking, but if you are questioning, definitely pick this! It was beautiful! She truly cared about our experience and making it the best.

Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica con nuestro guía turístico, Will. Fue muy divertido, conocedor, amable y paciente con todas nuestras preguntas. Hizo que todo el día fuera agradable y nos mantuvo riendo. No pudimos ver el Monte Fuji porque estaba escondido detrás de las nubes, ¡pero el recorrido aun así valió la pena! Realmente aprecié que Will y el equipo esperaran un poco más para darnos la oportunidad de ver si las nubes se despejaban. Demostró cuánto querían genuinamente que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia posible. Will incluso nos regaló una tortuga dorada japonesa, que simboliza la longevidad y la buena fortuna. Miss Serina was very attentive. Our group came from different places, and only we and another guy spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next, where the famous photo spots were, and even give us diagrams so we'd have an idea of how to take great photos. Plus, because Hakone was very crowded, we were afraid of getting lost. Sometimes the main group would be ahead, but we'd get cut off by other groups, and she would always turn back to check on us. Finally, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle 😍😍😍. I highly recommend Miss Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join a tour led by her again next time I visit Japan ❤️

Our tour bus was unfortunately delayed for two hours due to a minor fender bender during a lane change. However, both the tour leader and the driver provided excellent service, which still made the entire trip very enjoyable. It might have been a bit frustrating for guests who had evening restaurant reservations or other scheduled activities.
