We had a great experience with Bek as our driver. He was very accommodating to our requests and was happy to follow our customized itinerary instead of a fixed tour route. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of the day with about a one-hour delay because our original driver became unwell and had to be replaced. While it was an inconvenience, Bek handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of the trip went smoothly. Our route was exactly as we had planned: from the hotel to Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, Shiraito Falls, and finally Shibuya. Bek drove safely, was punctual at each stop, and gave us the flexibility to enjoy each location at our own pace. Overall, despite the initial delay, we were very satisfied with the service. Bek’s friendly attitude, flexibility, and professionalism made the trip enjoyable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating driver in the Mt. Fuji area

Our guide, Taka, was spectacular. He was friendly and approachable, explained so many things about Japan to us, and even helped us with our next destination. A perfect 10 for him and for Klook!

Erik was a great guide! He gave us so much information throughout the tour and gave great recommendations for food, shopping, etc. Even though Mt. Fuji stayed hidden behind the clouds, it was a great day . 10/10 would recommend. Erik is great, Erik is cool, and, Erik is sexy.

our tour guide was early and he was very friendly. although our day tour was packed we appreciated that we saw everything. the best part was the cruise and i advice that you guys bring snacks bec there wont be time to eat a meal 😆

Our tour guide, Will, was super friendly and knowledgeable. It's a pity the weather was poor and we didn't get to see Mount Fuji but the tour was still very enjoyable. I would have liked more time at the final location, Oshino Hakkai village, to explore. Overall it was a great day, my kids loved it!

Absolutely loved this tour! 🇯🇵✨ This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable. Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day. A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting Japan! 🇯🇵❤️

Even though there was a traffic jam, Ko our guide didn't cut any of the attractions which was very kind of him. it's not his fault we got back late. it was a good day trip. Will recommend to everyone.

The whole experience from meeting Will at Tokyo Station to the time we said our goodbyes nearly 10 hrs later, was an absolute delight. It was such good value for money and Will at JRT (Japan Relax Tour) took very good care of us. We chose to have the all inclusive Mt Fuji/Hakone experience which included the bus roundtrip (very comfortable big tour bus), pirate ship cruise ticket across Lake Ashi, and cable car ride up to the top of Owakudani. Well worth being able to have everything taken care of before you depart otherwise you have to figure out how to meet the tour group at the next point. Not easy when transportation options are not great in the mountains. We had no worries because Will was there making sure everything ran smoothly and while it was a very rainy and cloudy day and Mt Fuji was in hiding, I am not disappointed at all. Would highly recommend Will and the JRT team to take you on the tour!!
