Our tour guide was Matt, he was fantastic! He was funny, full of recommendations for activities around Tokyo, and he also gave us the 'run down' before each stop, explaining which activities would take too long, where the lines would be for photos, and how to have the best experience at each stop. He did a great job keeping everyone on time, ensuring that everyone knew what time to be back at the bus at every stop. The itinerary was very fast-paced though, so be prepared to move; there wasn't really enough time to explore each stop, just a fast-paced in and out. I would have personally liked more time at Hakone Shrine and to skip the swans on the lake.

Mandy is our lucky star; we were so fortunate to see Mount Fuji 🗻. Mandy is a wonderful guide who is very considerate of passengers' needs. She is enthusiastic, very friendly, and helpful, and most importantly, highly professional. She managed the schedule perfectly throughout the trip, and during driving breaks, she introduced the history of the attractions in great detail, ensuring not a single moment was wasted. It was truly a lucky day to have Mandy as our guide on today's Klook day tour. "This was a very worthwhile day trip," and I hope to join Mandy's tour again next time I take a day trip.

Yesterday, I joined a day tour to Hakone and Mount Fuji. The itinerary was packed, covering Lake Ashi cruise, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Shrine, Lake Yamanaka, and Oshino Hakkai. Despite such a tight schedule, the trip was incredibly fulfilling and smooth, all thanks to our experienced and excellent tour guide, Xiaoyu. Xiaoyu is a young man from Sichuan who studied forestry-related subjects at the University of Tokyo. He fell in love with Japan's beautiful mountains and waters, later married a Japanese woman, and has been a tour guide in Japan for over ten years. Yesterday, the tour bus was completely full, with participants from all over the world. Xiaoyu seamlessly switched between Chinese and English throughout the tour, explaining everything with incredible fluency! At each attraction, he thoughtfully led everyone to the most essential and scenic spots, ensuring everyone could quickly take beautiful photos and enjoy the views, while also carefully reminding us of the meeting time and location. For a foreigner to settle down in Japan, and even establish themselves in the tourism industry, truly requires exceptional skills. I heard that during the pandemic, when there were no foreign tourists, he even led tours for local Japanese groups, which shows his remarkable capability. There are many similar day tours in Japan, and I feel incredibly lucky to have met such an outstanding and young tour guide today!

The overall experience of this Mount Fuji + Hakone day trip was excellent. The itinerary was very rich, allowing us to visit many classic attractions in one day, such as Mount Fuji, Hakone Shrine, Owakudani, and Oshino Hakkai, as well as taking the cable car and pirate ship. The value for money is truly high. Our tour guide, Mr. Sakuragi, was very professional and considerate. He clearly informed us of the meeting times, restroom locations, and must-see highlights at each attraction, making the entire trip very smooth. We didn't have to worry about routes or time arrangements ourselves. The overall pace was also well-managed. We could rest comfortably on the bus and then fully enjoy the attractions upon arrival. This trip is very suitable for those who want to travel with ease. The weather was also great this time, and we were very lucky to see Mount Fuji. It was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, highly recommended for first-time visitors to Tokyo or those who don't want to plan their own itinerary.

Our whole family absolutely loved Tour Guide Xiaoyu. His professional knowledge and Chinese-English translation helped us better understand the historical and modern differences of the attractions, and made us want to visit Mount Fuji 🗻 again. We were as delighted to meet such a professional guide as Xiaoyu this time as we were to luckily see Mount Fuji peeking out. Our tour guide, Will, was incredibly professional and humorous in his introduction of the attractions. He started his commentary from Tokyo and continued along the way. At each stop, he would tell us the best photo spots and enthusiastically helped our group members take pictures. You could really feel his passion for his job. Initially, Mount Fuji was obscured, and we were worried we wouldn't see it, but then we were incredibly lucky to catch a glimpse, even with some clouds, which made us very happy.

The tour was fun and very well organized. Our tour guide, Will, was very funny and nice, and he gave us extra time at every place we visited. 100% satisfied!

Every time I travel, I book with Klook because it's convenient, and the guides and drivers are friendly, kind, and can speak Chinese, making communication easy. This time was no exception; our guide Will and the driver were friendly and kind. When Mount Fuji appeared, they proactively helped us take photos at beautiful scenic spots, which are definitely worth seeing.

Mi amigo y yo hicimos este tour y ¡nos encantó! Recibirás un correo electrónico 1 o 2 días antes. Al parecer, solo se puede ver el Monte Fuji entre 70 y 80 días al año. Tuvimos la suerte de ver la cima de la montaña cuando subíamos en el teleférico. Pasamos la noche en un ryokan cercano con un onsen (recomiendo encarecidamente quedarse para vivir la experiencia japonesa definitiva). Pudimos ver el Monte Fuji en toda su majestuosa belleza desde nuestro hotel. El tour fue excepcional de principio a fin. Disfrutamos de cada parada en el camino.
