We chose the day tour of Hakone, we got picked up from Tokyo and were dropped at our accommodation at Hakone after the day of touring. During the tour we saw lots of great sights, ropeway, cruise, open air museum. Sam our driver was great, easy communication via WhatsApp helped for drop and pick ups. It was nice working to our own time frame enjoying each activity for as long as we chose. Ended up booking another days trip for Mount Fuji

We booked a tour and had the pleasure of being driven by Ali. We were shown many places and took many photos. We highly recommend Klook and Ali. We would definitely book again.

Enjoyed the tour despite the strong winds that disrupted the pirate ship cruise. On the good side, Asif showed us a great view of Mt Fuji, which is truly breathtaking. Highly recommended!

We did the trip with Rana and he was amazing in helping us navigate the itinerary. Very patient with us. Although we busted our budgeted time almost every place as we were traveling with my mother who is 74 and son who is 8. Although this was a Hakone trip he helped is get an amazing view of Mt Fuji! he also accomodated to extend our trip by a couple of hours for a small fee to help us complete the itinerary while ensuring the pace was comfortable. i will definitely recommend this operator and especially Rana. he knew all the nice places to visit and is also an ace photographer.

Asif, the driver, is very polite and drives safely. He was on time. We booked a self-planned itinerary, so we could visit places of our own choosing. He can speak English, which made our trip a lot easier.

TJ was a great host who kept to the schedule and even planned the day based on least crowd and the best way to maximize experience, he waited for us patiently on each spot and even kindly took photos of us (couple). This is our first anniversary trip and just before sunset we saw multiple places without stress and made everlasting memories! this is worth the tour!

Our driver Bin was very professional and courteous. He made sure that our itinerary was set as we desired. We were able to get an early start to avoid traffic & crowds at our desired venues. He was very kind and understanding when our group accidentally took the wrong gondola making us late to get back to our vehicle, but Bin made sure to keep in contact with us and even ensured we still had had time to have a relaxing & comfortable lunch overseeing the lake. One of our party even stated that she’d like to travel to his home country for a tour, but only if he could be the guide! We greatly appreciated the service he provided for a great private driven day out. We would recommend him highly!

We just finished our day trip to Hakone with Ali. What a fantastic day! Ali’s suggestion to leave earlier worked out great since we avoided traffic leaving Tokyo and got to spend more time in Hakone. Our first stop to the Hakone Shrine was fabulous since we were the only ones there. After that, Ali was really accommodating and took us to the Mishima Skywalk which was probably the highlight of our day trip. We wrapped up our trip taking the Hakone Ropeway up to Owakadani followed by a calm and serene time aboard a pirate ship on Lake Ashi. Huge thanks to Ali for taking such good care of my family in Hakone.

The driver Shaz was friendly and guided us nicely with the right itinerary to maximize our time spent on sightseeing, including where to eat, etc. He was flexible and didn't rush us to complete the trip. Overall, we had a good experience. I recommend this option!!

We had a great experience! Our driver Farruh picked us up on time, set up our journey, and drove us to all the tourist spots. He kindly took us to the entrance points and gave us details on how to explore the places. He also adjusted the time as needed. The vehicle was comfortable. Everything worked well. I recommend the trip.
