Spring City Resort (Hotel Spring) Desta vez, utilizamos o pacote da Klook, que inclui uma refeição e duas horas de banho termal privativo por 3.500 TWD. Assim que o carro chega à entrada do hotel, há funcionários disponíveis para ajudar com o serviço de manobristas, não permitindo que o motorista estacione o veículo por conta própria. É necessário dar gorjeta ao sair, o que é bom saber de antemão para evitar aquele momento de surpresa olhando para a carteira na hora. O jantar é culinária japonesa e o cardápio é fixo, sem opção de escolha. No geral, é aceitável. Depois de comer, você pode dar um passeio pelos arredores antes de voltar para aproveitar as fontes termais, tornando o ritmo do passeio bastante agradável. O espaço do quarto de banho termal tem marcas do tempo e o estilo de decoração é mais antigo, mas o quarto é grande e a área de banho também é espaçosa. O isolamento acústico da porta principal é mediano, mas como fomos durante a semana e havia poucas pessoas, isso não afetou muito. O que causou certa confusão foi que, pouco tempo depois de entrarmos no quarto, um funcionário da limpeza bateu à porta dizendo que o tempo havia acabado. Ficamos totalmente confusos na hora, pensando: "Acabamos de entrar, o tempo passou rápido demais ou nossa vida foi colocada em avanço rápido?" Mais tarde, o funcionário pediu desculpas após verificar a situação e foi embora, mas esse pequeno incidente foi realmente um pouco bizarro. Em suma, embora as instalações e a decoração do Spring City Resort mostrem sinais da idade, o serviço é geralmente aceitável e o ambiente tem uma atmosfera de resort. Considerando o valor de 3.500 TWD por uma refeição e duas horas de banho termal, o custo-benefício é razoável, sendo um bom lugar para planejar uma visita e relaxar nas águas termais.

Esta foi uma reserva de última hora. Reservei a caminho de Beitou. Resgatei em 15 minutos, sem nenhum problema. A equipe foi muito prestativa e os 90 minutos de banho foram mais do que suficientes. Lanches de cortesia e bebidas geladas também. Há uma banheira de imersão quente e fria dentro do quarto privativo. Apenas note que há uma taxa adicional de 300 NTD para visitas aos fins de semana.

The facility was very good. The hot spring was also very pleasant. It wasn't like those strong sulfur springs where all your belongings smell like the hot spring when you get home; it was just right. The access from the station and other tourist spots is also good, so I recommend it if you're visiting Taipei. However, I imagine it's similar at most hot springs, but regulars seem to dominate the space. I was warned for not wearing a shower cap (which isn't customary in Japan), while they were eating food they brought into the bathing area. I want to respect local rules, so if shower caps are mandatory, I would appreciate it if that were clearly stated. If eating and drinking are also permitted, removing the 'no eating/drinking' signs would prevent me from feeling confused.

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

Visiting Beitou Water House for a private bathhouse session was one of the most relaxing highlights of our Taipei trip. We originally walked in intending to purchase our tickets on-site, but the front desk staff was incredibly honest and helpful, suggesting that we book via Klook instead since it may be cheaper. We booked it on our phones right at the lobby, and the entire 90-minute experience was simply the best. The warm white sulfur soak did wonders for our tired muscles, helping us fully recover after logging over 20,000 steps each day of our trip. Between the therapeutic mineral water, sleek ambiance, and exceptional customer service, we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Taipei.

Taking a hot spring bath for 3 hours is really wonderful; you can soak at a leisurely pace, and even rest a bit afterwards, which is truly great! After checking out, there's dessert to enjoy, and on top of that, they also serve century egg and lean pork congee, red bean soup, ice cream, and more! The only minor drawback is that the hot spring tub is not very large, so you can't fully stretch out your legs!

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but it was easy to use, which was great. If you show your voucher, they'll guide you right away. If you're not using it immediately, it would be good to ask if you can do it at your preferred time first. I thought the front desk staff would tell me the available times, but they immediately assigned a time, which led to a slight communication breakdown. It's not hard to find from the station, and there's a Hot Spring Museum and Geothermal Valley right nearby, so you can also do some sightseeing. I highly recommend it!

The experience was quite good. 3 hours were enough for us to enjoy the hot spring bath and relax after that. It would be better in the cold season anw.

such a great experience. paid $77 for private suite . staff can speak English, Japanese, and mandarin. each floor has different layouts. we had marble layout on 5th floor. when it’s less busy they’ll give you the nicer rooms. if peak time of year or weekend you might get smaller room. we got popsicles after our stay which was nice. overall super nice. toilets are in each room w bidet
