Highly recommended! Very value for money. Will be slightly cheaper if book through Klook. 3hrs use of hotspring in a private room on weekdays and 2hrs on weekends. Even comes with a comlimentary afternoon after.

The resort provided towels and toiletries which was a bonus because we didn't have our own towels and were expecting to buy them. The voucher is for two people for two hours with dessert set as well. We got a room with beds. Staff were friendly and polite which was nice.

Hotel agradable y limpio. Parece nuevo o reformado. Esta fue nuestra segunda terma durante nuestro viaje de 1 semana por Taiwán. Después de conseguir el cupón en Klook, fui a la recepción y pregunté si había huecos libres. Tuvimos que esperar unos 40 minutos un domingo por la tarde, así que tuvimos nuestra habitación a las 14:45. Mientras esperábamos, almorzamos en el parque de enfrente. El lugar es muy relajante. También recibimos el cupón gratuito para la merienda, que estaba delicioso. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar. Si buscas almorzar por la zona antes de tu sesión, también hay muchos sitios para comer calle abajo.

This hotel was chosen for a spontaneous trip based on Google Maps reviews, its proximity to the MRT station, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, and Beitou Library, and the complimentary light refreshments offered for short stays. The walk-in price was similar to Klook, and on a weekend, we paid 980+200 NTD. There's no reservation service; it's first-come, first-served. The exterior and interior decor of the shop are beautiful, and there's a 7-Eleven next door for convenience. When booking, we were informed it was a small bath type room, but it was perfectly fine for two people to soak together. After checking out, we visited the museum and library before returning to the second floor for refreshments. The seating area offers a comfortable view, making it appealing even from the outside. The refreshments are semi-self-service, with a small individual plate provided. The mille-feuille was delicious. Other items are self-service, for example, the DIY waffles were sweet and tasty, the buckwheat tea was surprisingly good, the ice cream was decent, and the coffee was quite bitter. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

What an amazing experience, perfect for a cold, rainy day in Beitou. It's a definite must-try, please experience it.

The spa room is nice and comfortable. All needed facilities are provided. I like the free high tea provided. The food is suitable for vegetarian.

I thought the set of a private onsen experience plus afternoon tea for about 500 NTD per person, just a 5-minute walk from Xinbeitou Station, was incredibly cost-effective. The room was clean, the furniture stylish, and the air conditioning worked well, making it very comfortable. However, the claim of "luxury bath amenities" was almost a lie; there were only basic amenities like toothbrushes. It was particularly disappointing that there was no conditioner, which I had expected. Also, there's no washing area in the bathroom, so I think you might be disappointed if you go expecting anything more than just soaking in the tub. The quality of the hot spring water isn't as good as Kagaya, so it's probably just right for a casual "experience" given the price.
