The accompanying coach was very attentive. Even though we had a six-year-old with us, they patiently stayed by his side the entire time, which put us completely at ease. Throughout the process, they continuously encouraged us to challenge ourselves with rappelling and jumping into deep pools, giving us all a rare and memorable experience.

The number of participants was insufficient, so it was changed to a group tour at Zhongkeng Creek in Sanxia. My first river tracing experience was not very satisfying. First, the itinerary stated that the fee included a waterproof bag, so I didn't prepare one. However, on the day of the event, I found out that all the waterproof bags were broken and unusable. According to the leader and driver, your company's boss didn't want to spend money on new ones. If you can't provide them, then don't write that the fee includes a waterproof bag; otherwise, it's simply deceptive. Second, the leader we encountered that day was not very good. Before we set off in the morning, he actually asked my boyfriend to carry a backpack that felt like at least 5-10 kilograms, filled with food and tools. What was shocking was that there were other men present, but the leader only asked my boyfriend to carry it. We are "paying to have fun," and it's incredibly audacious for someone who "gets paid" to ask a customer to carry such a heavy backpack for free, while they carry a lighter one. There wasn't even a mention of "taking turns carrying it." My boyfriend is easygoing and didn't complain, but seeing him struggle so much, I couldn't stand it and directly asked the leader if he could not carry such a heavy backpack, and if they could take turns. Only then did the leader say he would swap for a lighter one with my boyfriend. My boyfriend, being kind, still helped carry the correct path, but even a light one shouldn't be carried by a customer. Even if there truly wasn't enough staff, at least saying "take turns carrying it" would have made others feel a bit better. The overall experience was acceptable, but unfortunately, it was spoiled by these disappointing incidents.

didn’t mange to get the full experience as the locations we were suppose to visit was closed off due to a disaster from a year ago. would be nice if they had informed or update the itneary. Nonetheless it was still enjoyable
