Cina este un meniu fix de preparate japoneze, fără alte opțiuni. În general, a fost decentă. După masă, puteți face o plimbare prin împrejurimi, apoi vă puteți întoarce la băile termale. Ritmul programului a fost destul de relaxant. Spațiul băii termale are o anumită vechime, stilul de amenajare fiind mai vechi, dar camera este destul de mare, iar zona de îmbăiere este spațioasă. Izolarea fonică a ușii principale este medie, dar am venit într-o zi lucrătoare, când nu era multă lume, așa că impactul a fost minim. Ceea ce a fost mai confuz este că, la scurt timp după ce am intrat în cameră, personalul de curățenie a bătut la ușă spunând că timpul a expirat. Am fost complet nedumeriți în acel moment, gândindu-ne: „Tocmai am intrat, a trecut timpul prea repede sau viața noastră a fost accelerată?” Ulterior, personalul de curățenie și-a cerut scuze după ce a verificat și a plecat, dar acest mic incident a fost într-adevăr destul de ciudat. În general, deși echipamentele și amenajările de la Spring City Resort arată semnele vârstei, serviciile sunt în mare parte bune, iar mediul are o atmosferă de vacanță. La 3500 de yuani pentru o masă și două ore de baie termală, raportul calitate-preț este destul de bun, fiind un loc unde te poți relaxa și bucura de băile termale.

Aceasta a fost o rezervare de ultim moment. Am rezervat-o în drum spre Beitou. Am valorificat-o în 15 minute, fără probleme. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, iar cele 90 de minute pentru baie au fost mai mult decât suficiente. Am primit și gustări și băuturi reci gratuite. Există o piscină cu apă caldă și una cu apă rece în camera privată. Rețineți doar că există o taxă suplimentară de 300 NTD pentru vizitele din weekend.

The facility was very good. The hot spring was also very pleasant. It wasn't like those strong sulfur springs where all your belongings smell like the hot spring when you get home; it was just right. The access from the station and other tourist spots is also good, so I recommend it if you're visiting Taipei. However, I imagine it's similar at most hot springs, but regulars seem to dominate the space. I was warned for not wearing a shower cap (which isn't customary in Japan), while they were eating food they brought into the bathing area. I want to respect local rules, so if shower caps are mandatory, I would appreciate it if that were clearly stated. If eating and drinking are also permitted, removing the 'no eating/drinking' signs would prevent me from feeling confused.

All of the amenities are functioning right except the water station, the cold water is not available. A vendo at the snacking area could be also useful. Nonetheless, I had a great experience with Shan Yue and will definitely comeback for more.

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but it was easy to use, which was great. If you show your voucher, they'll guide you right away. If you're not using it immediately, it would be good to ask if you can do it at your preferred time first. I thought the front desk staff would tell me the available times, but they immediately assigned a time, which led to a slight communication breakdown. It's not hard to find from the station, and there's a Hot Spring Museum and Geothermal Valley right nearby, so you can also do some sightseeing. I highly recommend it!

Taking a hot spring bath for 3 hours is really wonderful; you can soak at a leisurely pace, and even rest a bit afterwards, which is truly great! After checking out, there's dessert to enjoy, and on top of that, they also serve century egg and lean pork congee, red bean soup, ice cream, and more! The only minor drawback is that the hot spring tub is not very large, so you can't fully stretch out your legs!

Visiting Beitou Water House for a private bathhouse session was one of the most relaxing highlights of our Taipei trip. We originally walked in intending to purchase our tickets on-site, but the front desk staff was incredibly honest and helpful, suggesting that we book via Klook instead since it may be cheaper. We booked it on our phones right at the lobby, and the entire 90-minute experience was simply the best. The warm white sulfur soak did wonders for our tired muscles, helping us fully recover after logging over 20,000 steps each day of our trip. Between the therapeutic mineral water, sleek ambiance, and exceptional customer service, we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Taipei.

The experience was quite good. 3 hours were enough for us to enjoy the hot spring bath and relax after that. It would be better in the cold season anw.

such a great experience. paid $77 for private suite . staff can speak English, Japanese, and mandarin. each floor has different layouts. we had marble layout on 5th floor. when it’s less busy they’ll give you the nicer rooms. if peak time of year or weekend you might get smaller room. we got popsicles after our stay which was nice. overall super nice. toilets are in each room w bidet
