I really love our trip, very recommendable as a fiest time traveller. Our Guide tommy is so nice and patient, he’s a really good guide. Can’t wait to go back here and bring some of my family and friends here in Taiwan. - 🇵🇭

Despite it being Japan's Obon season on August 12th and the tour being almost fully booked, I, a solo participant, found the guide, Andy, and all the other tour members to be very kind. It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable tour that flew by! It was very helpful that we could purchase necessary tickets and recommended drinks even during the tour. Yehliu has strong sunlight and is very hot, so heat protection is essential. Don't forget rain gear for sudden downpours! Jiufen was crowded (^^;; Special thanks to our guide, Andy; chatting with you was a truly unforgettable memory. I hope to see you again!

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

It was a very nice and pleasant experience. It was a sunny day, and we went there by tour bus, which took us directly to the store. We were given a four-color lantern and a black calligraphy pen to write our wishes. Each color represented a different area of life, such as health and wealth. We wrote our wishes on the lantern inside the shop before going outside. Staff members used our phones to take photos and videos of us on the train tracks, suggesting poses to capture different sides of the lantern.

Had an amazing day trip to Yehliu Geopark, Shifen and Jiufen with MyPro Guide on 1 September 2026. Our guide, Vincent, was fantastic! He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about each place we visited. He also made sure we had enough time to explore, take photos and enjoy the experience without feeling too rushed. The transportation was comfortable and the whole itinerary was well organised. Vincent also shared interesting information and recommendations along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Yehliu was beautiful, Shifen was a lot of fun, and Jiufen was definitely one of the highlights of the day. Having a private guide made it much easier and more convenient to visit all three places in one day. Overall, highly recommended MyPro Guide and especially Vincent if you’re looking for a convenient and enjoyable day trip from Taipei. Would definitely book with them again! 👍🇹🇼

It's a pay-as-you-go service, and while it's only for two hours, it's perfect for young children. The venue has a wide variety of facilities and unique experiential activities suitable for all kinds of kids. The children loved it so much they didn't want to leave, so remember to agree on a departure time beforehand.

Extremadamente lindo y divertido. Es casi como una montaña rusa para niños. Te ofrece una bonita vista de las cataratas y el río, además de la naturaleza circundante dispersa entre algunos habitantes. Es un paseo agradable. Se movía muy bien.

We purchased tickets the day before and exchanged them on-site. There's an aquarium where you can enjoy the air conditioning. The show at the theater was longer than expected and featured professional diving performances. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, and the kids learned even more about marine animals.

Tom Bear Bear is actually the play area for young children inside Tom's World... The space isn't large, but it's more than enough for kids under 5, and it even has some cozy, hidden areas. Overall, it feels quite comfortable... It's just that the machines inside Tom's World are a bit too loud and noisy... It's also a shame that the mini train can only be ridden once... Otherwise, it would probably be even more appealing.
