Volando Urai Spring Spa & Resort em Nova Taipei

I visited during the Lunar New Year and it was so good because there weren't many people! The view was absolutely incredible. The jade-colored river seen from inside the bath is truly unforgettable. Looking at the Wulai River from the open-air hot spring, I really felt like jumping in as if enchanted. The water was so smooth that my skin felt completely soft in a short time! I was hesitant because I didn't have photos of the public hot spring, but don't hesitate, just go! I highly recommend it.👍👍👍👍

I tried both the private couple's hot spring and the public bath. Personally, if you're not a couple, I recommend the public bath. There's no time limit, and with wet and dry saunas, an open-air hot spring, and bubble beds, there are so many different baths that time just flew by. I bought a package that included dinner, and it was an excellent choice. The food was high-class and incredibly delicious. Even my picky mother said it was very tasty. Next time, I'll have to try staying at the hotel. I'm extremely satisfied.

Taiwan can get quite chilly in winter, so it's wonderful to enjoy a hot spring when you're traveling and feeling cold, especially with the beautiful scenery. They were very accommodating, letting us enter 10 minutes early because we had children, and two children can enter for free with adults (height restrictions apply).

프라이빗 스파보단 대중탕 이용하시는 것 추천드려요. 대중탕 야외온천이 뷰, 개방감, 공간 등등 고려했을 때 비교 불가능할 정도로 압도적입니다. 내부에 건, 습식 사우나도 있긴 하나 다소 미지근했습니다. 내부에 냉탕, 온탕 등 있으나 아무래도 야외온천 위주로 사용했습니다. 평일 오후에 방문했는데 대중탕 공간 내에 저희 일행 이외에 1팀 정도만 있어서 굉장히 쾌적하게 스파를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 강추!

호텔이 정말 시설 좋고 깔끔하고 고급집니다! 입구 들어서고부터 완준 휴식을 취하러 온 느낌이 들어서 좋아요! 대욕탕 예약하셨을 경우에는 바우처만 들고가시면 됩니다. 4시간 이용 제한 있지만 목욕하기에는 매우 넉넉한 시간이에요! 아침 xindian 역에서 첫차인 9:30 셔틀버스 타고 갔는데 역시 아침 일찍 오길 잘했어요 .. 거의 대욕탕이지만 그냥 독탕이였습니다 평일이기도했지만 오후 쯤으로 시간 넘어가니까 사람들이 좀 오더라구요 무조건 일찍 오시는거 추천드립니다!! 대욕탕에는 냉탕 작은거2개, 온탕1, 실내열탕1,실외열탕1 있고 사우나(건식,습식)이 있어서 정말 너무 좋았어요 뷰가 미쳤고 야외탕 뷰도 정말 좋습니다 .. 아마도 인생최고 온천일듯싶어요 강추합니다!! 커플 혹은 부부가 아니시라면 진짜 무조건 대욕탕입니다. 대욕탕 말고도 뷰를 보며 실내 선베드에서 쉴 수 있는 공간도있습니다 :)

We purchased a package for the public bath and dinner. The public bath was ordinary and a bit old, but the dinner was highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. We bought the package on the spot, thinking it would be very crowded, but to our surprise, we were the only two people in the restaurant. We had the whole place to ourselves, which was a great deal! I've never experienced having a restaurant all to myself for dinner before. Highly recommended!

평일에 대중탕 왔는데 너무 조용하고 좋아요. 제가 온 날엔 탕에 대만분들만 계셨어요. 직원분들 친절하시고… 리셉션쪽은 영어 완전 잘하시고, 목욕탕 쪽에서는 어디로 가야하는지 잘 몰라하니까 관리하시던 분이 오셔서 번역기 써가며 알려주셨어요ㅜㅜ 진짜 친절함 ,, 다른 후기 보고 가서 조금 걱정했는데 넘 좋았구요.. 대중탕 이용하실 분들은 리셉션에서 클룩 바우처 보여드리고 키 받아서 계단내려가면 왼쪽 여탕 오른쪽 남탕 (한국어 써져있음) 알아서 들어가심 돼요. 한국 사우나 처럼 키번호 맞춰서 신발 넣고 들어와서 라커에 탈의하고 가운입고 헤어캡 써서 대중탕쪽 와가지고 샤워 후 탕 들어가심 됩니다. 메이크업 하셨으면 꼭 지우고 들어가달라고 하셨어요!(우린 매너 있는 한국인 이니까 지켜요 ㅎ) 근데 솔직히 온천 가는데 메이크업 하고 올 필요 없을 듯. 탕 내 핸드폰 반입 금지! 쉬는 곳에선 사용 가능~~~ 그리고 물 짱 부드러움 피부좋아지는 너낌

This time, I wanted to experience the renowned Volando Urai through Klook and celebrate a family member's birthday. Below are a few points of analysis, purely my personal feelings for reference: First, time: Having only one hour for hot springs on a holiday is truly rushed. I only soaked for about half an hour before starting to wash my hair and shower; otherwise, my long hair wouldn't dry. Second, food: The beef was not what I expected. For a meal costing over 1000 NTD, the beef felt like it was stewed in a large pot... giving it a cheap feel. The other appetizers and desserts were quite good, though. Third, service: Since it was my first visit, I took the shuttle bus and got off at the entrance of the accommodation. However, I didn't realize this at the time and walked into the lobby to rest. I felt like the staff at the entrance kept rushing me out. They could have simply told me that the hot spring reception counter was on the other side. Being constantly rushed out, guests can feel it and it's quite baffling. The most commendable aspects here are the scenery and the books; you can pick up a book to read while waiting for the hot spring room. In conclusion, I will not be coming back.

Such a relaxing place. Highly recommended for those going on a day trip in Wulai. It was such a relaxing way to end our Wulai trip. Volando is a beautiful place offering complimentary snacks and drinks for guests. We also availed their shuttle going back to the MTR station for additional 50NTD and it was worth it. The ride was smooth, comfortable and fast.
