It's very clean and the scenery is beautiful. Buying tickets here is very convenient! I'll come again next time.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hot spring room was clean and tidy. It was a great experience.

This was a very cheap place compared to the others so my expectations were’nt high at all, but obviously the photos posted were clearly taken a long time ago. The garden area especially the pond and the outdoor structure looks like a rundown, abandoned place already. The pond was full of algae and insects instead of fishes. Though the facilities, the rooms shower and the tubs were still good, I hope they would take time and effort to take care of their establishment’s upkeep. Also, there was no shuttle service available so I had to hike down the hill to the bus stop which is an hour walk just right after I had my relaxing time in the tub. Also, 90 mins wasn’t enough considering the tub was empty and you have to fill it up yourself as soon as you get there. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I prefer doing that because I can control the temperature of the water (mix hot & cold) and ensure that the water is clean & fresh. But obviously, that process takes time and it takes away from the time that you should’ve been soaking in and enjoying your money’s worth already. So you’re left with less than an hour to soak and then rinse and tidy up yourself & your stuff and go back to the reception area to make sure you wont be charged for overtime. I hope they can work on this areas. The staffs were nice by the way.

The bathroom was spacious, but the water wasn't very hot. The room provided two bottles of mineral water and towels, but no toothbrushes. The food was just average.

Wulai is a great place for hot springs! After your soak, you can enjoy some chicken soup, and then take a stroll through the old street! An easy itinerary.

老闆跟服務人員超親切又熱情，這裡有冷熱溫泉池♨️，今天來是平日雖然碰到下雨天，但房間山景看出去也很美，很棒的泡湯體驗，下次還會再來^ - ^

CP值還不錯，溫泉水又熱又快，時間90分鐘，平日沒人老闆還多給10分鐘但，但泡完如果有床可以小睡一下更棒
