Visiting on a weekday offers great value for money: 90 minutes of hot spring bathing plus two meals for 1200 NTD. The overall experience was nice, and I would consider coming back again.

It's a pretty good hot spring spot. The room was a bit old, but the facilities seemed okay. The owner's service was also very good; even though we arrived a bit late this time, the owner still greeted us very kindly.

The owner was very hospitable; although he looked fierce, he was incredibly warm. While the room was just okay, the bathing area was quite spacious! Worth it.

The owner's attitude was poor, the facilities were old, and the showerhead was very uncomfortable! Here's what happened: I asked about the difference between the 'Deluxe' and 'Luxury' rooms on the spot, and later found out the 'Luxury' room didn't have a bed. I decided to pay an extra NT$200 for the 'Deluxe' room. After using the Klook voucher, the owner immediately said to me, 'I originally thought you'd pay cash, so I would have given you an extra half hour (Klook only offers one and a half hours).' His attitude was terrible. Upon entering the room, there were ants on the bed and hair... it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly! There were spiderwebs in many places in the hot spring area! If it hadn't been raining heavily that day, and after driving an hour to Wulai for the hot spring, seeing such an environment and the owner's initial bad attitude, I would have definitely asked for a refund!

The hot springs in Wulai truly make your skin smooth and moisturized. The station offers spacious rooms, ample rest time, and even provides coffee and desserts. Highly recommended!

The space is large and very comfortable. The steak is excellent, and the drinks are delicious.

The facilities aren't the best, but the hot spring is very good. The owner is cool. You can skip the dessert after the bath. There's a FamilyMart convenience store nearby and a parking lot right across the street, which is very convenient for parking. If you just want to enjoy a hot spring bath and don't mind the environment too much, I highly recommend it.

Perfect for a short hot spring getaway, great value for money. I'll come again when it's cold.
