I bought the 120 minutes room voucher. It was hassle-free and the soak was amazing! There's a very big pool with hot and cold mineral spring water. I love the balcony where you can rest after a steamy hot soak. Wulai is a small and quiet place with very hospitable and friendly people.

It's very uncrowded on weekdays. There are many hot springs in this row, but the sign is quite prominent and easy to recognize. After entering, just tell the front desk you want to redeem your voucher, and a room will be immediately available. Two hours for a guest room is a normal price, but I bought it because I wanted to experience the stream view. There's a cold pool and a hot pool, and they look quite clean. Although it was cloudy, so the view looked ordinary, the hot spring experience was still good! Mineral water is provided in the room, and they'll call to remind you about five minutes before check-out. After checking out and returning the key, you can leave. One experience is probably enough.

The hot spring water has a wonderful texture, smooth and silky, and after soaking, my body felt very relaxed! The overall environment was clean and comfortable, allowing for excellent rest.

The room type that matches the on-site tickets is no longer available! We have to wait an hour! The existing room types require an additional 300 for an upgrade! But overall, it was still good! The room was very spacious! The hot spring pool was also very large! There's even a small balcony where you can enjoy the stream view! With such a large space, I'd consider bringing my children next time! Also, it was stated that herbal tea would be provided, but I didn't receive any this time 🥺, which is a bit of a shame...!
